My wife and I stayed for 7 nights, we had easy access to the metro and Esteghlal Street. The most important thing is that there was no alcohol in the restaurant below the hotel, and the quality of the food and breakfast was excellent. I was in Istanbul and I saw many hotels, but I give this one a score of 1. We will definitely go to this hotel in the future. It was a good memory for me and my wife.

The location was excellent, and if there was a problem, the staff responded very quickly. It was cleaned promptly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious.

1. The heating in the bathroom did not work; they had deliberately turned it off and did not fix it when we asked.As a result, washing clothes was very difficult since we were staying there for 10 days. 2. The kitchen supplies were very minimal and, in my opinion, insufficient, with only a very small pan. 3. What was also very frustrating was that I had left my shoes there, and I knew exactly where.A day after I left, we sent them a message asking if they could keep them for me; I was even willing to pay for the shipping costs if that was an option.However, they said there were no shoes, even though I was certain.

The apartment is a 1 bed with a separate living room and small kitchenette. The size is really good and great value for money. We chose a deluxe room with two single beds and a sofa bed. Not all amenities/equipment were provided as per the description e.g. there is no microwave in the kitchen. That said, the place is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent just a few seconds walk from the famous Istiklal street with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Would have preferred to have an iron and ironing table in the room.

Not a traditional hotel room but more like a small one bedroom apartment with separate open plan living/kitchenette which was a welcome change. Staff were very courteous and kept in touch on WhatsApp to arranged airport transfer. We left our big suitcases here as we were returning to the hotel in a couple of days after vising Cappadocia and they happily accommodated our request. Very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street covers you for great food, shopping and transportation options.

Its a doubled edged sword having located right off Istiklal street. This is an extremely busy area and it was quite noisy. First visit we stayed on the first floor and it was a Sat and we could hear people talking and laughing way into the night until 4am. If it was not people, then the sirens from police cars or ambulances can keep you awake. Second visit was on Tue and we were on 5th floor and still could hear noises but not as bad as on the Sat. Also, the street its located on is narrow so be ready when your taxi arrives as they wont be able to stop there for too long. Dont expect luxury beds either. We had a twin room with two single diwan beds which were so so.

A new and very sweet hotel, a large and comfortable room, and a very excellent location in Taksim, a 1-minute walk to Istiklal Avenue, and a 5-minute walk to the metro.. Top service and one named Abdulmalik, a wonderful and helpful person

The apartments are in a great location in Beyoglu, very central and just off the main shopping & eating strip. They are very well appointed with a good sized bedroom with comfy large bed, living area with kitchenette & small fridge. There are Smart TV's in both the bedroom & living areas, which is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great value for money, especially when compared to other accommodation in Turkey. We liked it so much we plan to re-book for our return visit to Istanbul.

The staff were super helpful especially jink and abel malek. I stayed with my Mother and they made us feel at home. Everything we asked for was adressed very quickly. This was my 2nd stay at lilium suites.I highly recommend it and I will return again hopefully soon!

Everything. Checkin was quick. Room was neat n clean. Just as advertised. Staff is good and helpful. Very quiet and clean all through. Staff Arranged a nice taxi for us also for airport drop. The hotel was very comfortable. There was some basic crockery and coking utensils also. Would like to come back and stay insh.

Not much. There was some confusion on my checkout date due to system error. It gave us a shock but was then sorted out.

The hotel is a gem in Taxim Square. People working at the front desk, the cleanliness of my room and down at the restaurant were kind and willing to serve me with the above. All of them stayed in my heart and thanks to them very much. I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel. I attach some photos I took when I stayed there.

Near to the Istiklal street and it’s so convenient. All stores and restaurants are nearby so you will be enjoy staying here. Room is spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room is not sound proof. Being near to busy streets leads to loud noise of music and at night can be quite difficult for you to get good sleep.
