The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. We stayed in Std Double Room which was neat, spacious and well organised with all the necessary furniture. The toilet/bathroom looks very new and clean. Water pressure was very good with hot water always available. Services from Furkan, Hamdullah and Burak was exemplary. They were very welcoming, helpful and polite. Hamdullah readily solved all the issues which we faced which was a great relief. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with wide variety of choices. The team led by Hasan provided excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to those who wish to stay at Sultanahmet area

We stayed at this wonderful hotel with my family. It is within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet mosque. There is an excellent breakfast and attentive staff. Especially the reception staff Furkan and Muhammed were very helpful to us. They offered us a birthday cake and also found a wheelchair for my mother. We will come back to this beautiful hotel.

I came from a different city and arrived feeling unwell due to severe food poisoning. The staff took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. They went above and beyond by purchasing medicine for me, even accommodating the transaction when I had no cash by charging it to my room. They consistently checked on me, provided bottled water, promptly responded to my late-night calls (which were a few per night), generously brought me complimentary bread as I was too sick to eat, and ensured my well-being during breakfast. Additionally, they arranged a taxi for my journey to the airport, making my travel experience remarkably comfortable. Their attentive care made me feel like I was being looked after as if I were part of their own family.

The Hotel airport transfer to and from the two airports worked well: it can be recommended. The price appears at first glance a bit high, but when you have experienced the slow traffic and chaos, you will be happy that a meter of a yellow taxi is not counting!

Three problems: 1) When booking we requested twin beds, and 2 small ("children's") pillows because of neck problems. This was all confirmed. But when we arrived this a surprise to the staff. And only after searching in a pile of papers it was recognized, but then it was too late for the evening staff to get hold of the pillows. Clearly, no preparation for the arriving guests. 2) Sometimes the staff at the reception had real difficulties with communicating in English. 3) Even when leaving the room well before noon, with the green light switched on, the room was sometime not made up when we returned about 4 pm - which meant that we 3 days out of a total of 10 days (2 stays) did not have the room made up. - All in all, this causes frustration, and does not befit an allegedly 4-star hotel.

It is really close to the key touristic points.

The expectation to tip all the time. It is pretty uncomfortable when all its made with the purpose of leaving tips. For example, we refused help with luggage knowing that a tip is expected, and the receptionist purposelly gave the key to the concierge " with the idea that he will help us to explain how to use the room/services" etc. But this is mostly a common aspect to all in Turkey, not only related to this facility.

An amazing location - close to all major sights of Istanbul, a few minutes on foot to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, tram stop and restaurants. A wonderful staff, particularly many thanks go to Hasan, who was always taking good care of us and creating good mood at breakfast, and Mohammed from the reception who helped us with moving to a larger room and gave the transport card. Other staff very helpful, too. I liked a wonderful view from the restaurant terrace on the top floor (you see water, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque). Buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide food selection, including omelet on request, fresh and dried fruit, cakes, Turkish coffee, among many other choices. The hotel spa offers free sauna and steam room. The room with separate beds was large, comfortable and quiet, facing the inner courtyard (many thanks to Mohammed who helped to move from a smaller room). A wonderful stay, can't wait to go back to Istanbul and to stay again at Antusa Design Hotel!

The smaller rooms in the hotel might seem a bit tight for people with luggage. The air conditioning in the room seemed a bit loud, but, fortunately, there was no need to use in the autumn.

I have visited Turkey several times in the past, and I consider this visit exceptional, particularly because of my stay at this hotel (Antusa Design Hotel & Spa) for several reasons. These include the staff, starting with the reception team, the cleanliness and organization of the rooms, the calm atmosphere, and the ideal location for any tourist who wants to enjoy shopping and the unique experience of Turkish cuisine. The hotel also features a restaurant on the sixth floor that serves distinctive dishes at excellent prices. Additionally, they offer a Turkish bath and massage services at competitive prices compared to other places. They can also arrange transportation to and from the international airport at reasonable prices. My impression is very positive, and I highly recommend this elegant hotel to every tourist. It truly deserves a 5-star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍🏻

Everything was fine, I didn’t really have any issues.

The service of the staff, the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very good and the location was excellent

The only thing I can mention was that there was a noise couple next door and we could hear them late at night talking

As a woman, travelling alone, for the first time ever, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I felt completely safe, and well looked after, with the staff being completely professional and helpful, without being too intrusive. Special thanks to all the guys at reception! Hamdallah for his excellent advice on telephone sims, moving around Istanbul and sorting any other issues I approached with, Mohamed with his help with the Istanbul kart and Furqan for his meticulous service and help. The location is excellent, couldn't have asked for better. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the tram (main transport line), Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. I liked the place so much I extended my stay to a week. Do take up the offer if the Turkish Sim if you're looking for one, I had it for 7 days, without any disrupted service.

The only issue was the soundproofing in the building. Combined with inconsiderate guests, sleep can be disrupted as you can hear everything in the rooms next door.

In general, I did not notice any negative aspects during my entire week-long stay, everything was fine as I mentioned above 👍🏻
