Hotel location is perfect and very near to metro Station, stuff is nice and friendly This my second stay in this hotel and I still like it but they need to read and change all guest comments not only ignored

Breakfast was poor compared with 4 star hotels and every day same items without change and if you go late after 920 no hot items Housekeeping should be improved as they not change bed sheet all 6 days and only arranged, I was stay in suite and should have welcome gift like fruits or drink which not happened, room missing tissue boxes and u need to ask for.

Amazing location which was close to almost everything. The front fest staff Ismail and Ayhan delivered exceptional service and they were very friendly. They attended to all our requests and assisted us the best way they could. When we asked them to change our room to a bigger one, they did it without any hesitation which made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

The staff are very polite and friendly including cleaning staff, they let us check in early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and the street is safe and close to the osmanbey metro station and Lotus walk. Special thanks to Ayhan and the other two guys at the reception (not sure what their names are). I will stay here again.

The breakfast could be improved, not many options and the breakfast area has no natural lighting.

I am very happy,because ifound a very good hotel in Istambul. Richard hotel,with a special staff,starting with Ismail the receptionist,but also his colleague,very helpful and well-disposed.The maid,but also the clean and well-maintained rooms every day. I warmly recommend this hotel. Thant you from the bottom of my heart for everything!!!.❤️❤️❤️

Very nice hotel, the location is perfect very close to Osmanbey metro station, the staff are helpful, gentle and very welcoming especially Ismail in the reception a nice guy and always at your service. Good quality Price ratio compared to nearby hotels !

location is great, quite and close the the metro station (Osmanbey) which is one stop from Taksim Metro Station. Very helpful staff both in reception and the staff making up and cleaning the room. All Services are nearby, restaurants and shops that you don't see in shopping malls.

Breakfast is very good, many different types of cheese, olives and many other items. But if you are late, then you miss the essentials, like the scrambled egg, and other items. and when I say late, like half an hour before the end of Breakfast time.

This hotel was one of the best experiences I had. The staff especially Ismail was incredibly attentive and always made sure that I was comfortable with everything in the hotel. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The room is spacious, pristine clean and has everything you need. Very good and quick AC. The location is also excellent, this is probably one of the best and more lively neighborhoods in Istanbul.

The location was perfect close to everything & there’s a metro station & a bus station 1 min walking from the hotel. The staff were so helpful & friendly especially ismail in the reception.

In general I was happy with everything. The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is also good.

The gym is practically useless. I had that feeling that the gym is used as a warehouse. There were no dumbbells, barbells and plates, only machines. I had to find another gym outside.
