I really enjoyed my stay. I chose the deluxe room as I wanted fancier room furnishings still on a budget and it was amazing value for money! Boujie feel but much cheaper than the other chain name options. Great location with lots of little shops and great affordable restaurants right next door. Hotel is next to the Metro also. The team are an extremely kind and highly motivated staff who provided a service with a smile and a no question is too small attitude. Breakfast was delicious, and freshly made that you could taste. Helped me cling film wrap my cases in the hotel also which was an appreciated service for very cheap.

I liked the hotel, the location was very close to metro, tram and bus stops, it was possible to walk to the historical places of the city. There was Historia AVM nearby for shopping and Istanbul Police for security. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The hotel is a good choice for single travelers and families at an affordable price. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is great. It is next to metro stration/bus/ and tramway. The staff were amazing and very helpful especially Yazan who made sure we get the best stay ever. I am very pleased. I totally recommend. ❤️(the area is very safe and there are many exchange offices nearby)

More diversity in breakfast would be great.

Good hotel close to public transportation in Istanbul... they let us have breakfast and check-in early (without charging for it), which was very kind of them. The breakfast was good, although there was no variety (it was the same throughout our stay). The rooms were clean and quiet.

On the first day we saw that there was only 1 towel in the bathroom (we were a couple), we asked 2x the staff for another towel, but they didn't come to give it to us. The next day we asked again, and only then we get the towel.

The reception staff understood my need for a big room. At first, they gave me a small room, but when I needed a bigger room, they replaced it for me without any problems. We salute Zaher. I liked the view of the street the breakfast was good for me and for all Algerian people as well as the receptionist, they all speak Arabic without problems.

When you enter the hotel, you must walk up some stairs to reach the reception desk and the elevator.

Breakfast was truly delicious, but food remained the same every day during our 16 days stay. Some changes would be just perfect! We appreciated cups with water delivered to our room every day, so convenient. Beds were comfortable as well. Love that big windows, which allowed a lot of light in our room. Stuff working there is very friendly and truly cares about needs of their guests whenever they ask for something.

Rooms could be a bit bigger, especially for those who stay in the hotel for a long period. There is not so much space to keep personal things. Some extra table would be appreciated where we could drink tea/coffee. Location of sockets is not very practical, for example we

I took my bus (46T) directly from the stop in front of the hotel to another metro station (M11) (for 20 lire) which takes you to the airport (25 lira) it's just for 45 lira

Good breakfast, responsive personal, clean and fit room, was well warm in room despite cheelly weather outside, location meet our purpose for stay.

There were no complains during our stay.

location is great. hotel is new and clean. rooms are clean. breakfast is good as well. I came back second time to this hotel as it is really nice and price is more than reasonable. lots of Europeans and American tourists were staying over there.

if you will get a room next to the lift- will be smaller than other rooms in hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful, we did the check-in earlier which was amazing because after a long trip we were exhausted.

The room has a few maintaining issues, the heater was loose on the wall and has energy cables without the protection on the wardrobe however it hasn't caused any issue.
