At first, I was a little bit afraid because of the Google reviews. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room, even if it was tiny, was really modern and comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast was almost the same everyday but very tasty. Everyday, I was provided two bottles of water, tea and coffee in the room. The location of the hotel is near Aksaray Metro Station, and bus stations. I felt safe walking at night in the hotel area. I would totally come back.

This Hotel was super cozy, warm, clean and tidy, our room was cleaned daily with new towels and shower items The Staff were super nice and helpful It's location is good, near Bus station, Metro and Tram We had a comfortable and happy stay .. It's highly recommended 👌 Thank you Pianoforte ! 😁

Nothing at all !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfats was lovely every morning. The room was small but fully equiped and with everything you need. The roon was cleaned every day, beds and pillows were very confy too. The hotel is up a hill so if you are travelling with eldertly people maybe consider a different one. However it was close to many shops and a big shopping centre. It was 25 minutes walk to the grand Bazaar, etc.

Location, air conditioning, modern & contemporary style, cleanliness, wi-fi and lift to our floor. We wanted to stay in old town Fatih and this hotel seemed suitable.

Breakfast was repetitive and often cold, especially if you didn’t get there early at 7.30 to 8.30am. Sometimes the corridors were a bit noisy too. If both of these matters had been managed better, I would have rated the hotel a 10. We have been to Istanbul a few times and love travelling by tram. We found the nearest tram stop quite far away - 10 to 15 minutes away at YousafPaşa. Buses are regular and the nearest stop is only a few minutes away.

The room was cleaned every day, so it was very clean in general. Good location 5 minutes from bus stop and 10 minutes from tram. Many restaurants and cofees nearby. All in all a very nice stay for few days to explore the city.

Breakfast could be better, there is only 1 type of pastry, it happened that there was no bread like for 20 minutes one morning. Also the vegetables were not always fresh. Another thing - I like animals and everything, there is a very cute cat in front of the hotel almost all the time, but I believe the cats should not be allowed inside during the breakfast.

Amazing property and amazing service, they have a amazing receptionist mr Gökay he speaks many languages if you have any problem just tell him he will solve it for you within minutes amazing guy he also speaks english

I liked the location (no minaret close so no singing), breakfast was nice and fresh, cleaning and free water everyday, nice and accommodating staff, the sauna and steam room were good, beds were comfortable, and two beautiful and fluffy cats as the doormen ;) (cat pics attached👌)

thin walls, loudly closing doors, loud guests (hotel staff didn't really do anything about that despite supposed policy) , like insulation is basically non existent you will hear the couple arguing in turkish on the street. also the water pressure was too low, and they took my slippers before the last day for some reason??? other than that it is really nice with good location.

There were 8 of us in the group, we stayed for 6 nights and we all agreed that this is a place to recommend. The staff was kind and helpfull, rooms were clean and the location of the hotel is very good - public transport is close, and even on foot most tourist locations are not that far. Value for money is excepcional!

Our biggest complaint would be the unpreparedness for an early breakfast. The breakfast starts at 7:30 but not all food is out at that time (not even 15min past that), especially if you want eggs and such. Coffee machine was usually out of order as well. I don't know if they were not prepared because it wasn't fully booked but I do hope it is not like that by default. However, even this in mind we do recommend it, you will not be hungry, just have fewer options :)
