why booking.com mentioned on the booking that breakfast is included, but I was surprised when I have checked in that it’s not included. Therefor, I have been charged 720 TL for 2 persons.

We like stuff,, service.Good hotel, our favorite one. We stay there every time when visit Istanbul.

The walls are not soundproofed

Breakfast is good but there is room for improvement.. 6. Great room service with reasonable priced food in your room 7. Nice location easy to go to main attractions & markets

1. On the main door they have a sign (No food or drinks from outside allowed)..really upsetting. 2. On checking in they will hold $100 per room from your credit card for the foods in your room mini bar..really bad thing to be done. 3. The staff at the reception desk are generally okay but not really engaging or helpful.

TL;DR - Overall a very good place to stay - the price for the room and wellness was incredibly fair. There are extra facilities/amenities of which usage can be purchased, but they are very expensive (generally cheaper than other 5* hotels but still very expensive for Istanbul). We are planning to stay here again. Room and facilities: Bed was comfortable - we overslept on our second day and missed our alarms because we sank into our bed and forgot about the world that morning. Bathroom was really good - water pressure in the shower was nice. Secure safe, and room service tidy the room upon your request. The wellness centre is very good, particularly the sauna, and it is a nice option that there is a separate women's only area that also has great facilities (compared to the UK, the women's facilities were much better here). We only bought breakfast on the final day of our stay and it was underwhelming. A member of staff came up to us at breakfast and was quite overbearing and seemed rude - but I put this down to the language barrier and both of us struggling to get across what we meant. Reception, concierge, and room service are VERY friendly and advise well or try hard to meet your needs, but the staff at the wellness area are very difficult to engage with. One employee grunted exasperatedly at me when the gym card wasn't working, and threw his hands in the air to tell me to move so he could let me in - this, and his conduct in general, I found quite disrespectful. View: Average - we stayed on the top floor and our room had a terrace pointing out to the front. The terrace was nice. Location: We were able to get to both Taksim and Sultanahmet within 20 minutes with tram or very slightly later by bus, and the area seems very safe. The hotel is near a shopping mall and the food shops are open until late.

As mentioned above. The breakfast was poor - do not recommend because there are many other restaurants that are cheaper and provide great food. Wellness centre staff were incredibly hard to engage with and came across as disrespectful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel lobby smells always good and well cleaned. Staff were friendly. Hotel is about 7 min. walk to metro or tram station, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast room was a bit crowded, but the food was good. Sauna and indoor pool were great.

Steam bath was in repair during our stay, but the other amenities worked perfectly fine. Room isolation wasn‘t that great, we could still hear noises from the adjacent rooms, and their morning prayers from the nearby mosques. But i guess that‘s a very common issue in all Istanbul.

a) room bathroom could have some upgrades done - some materials are wearing off and you can see it b) this is not that i did not like but i was not familiar with restrictions around women/men going to the pool together, using different entrances - it was a bit weird for me, but i understand that this is a part of the culture

Loved the room, was extremely luxurious and had all the facilities needed for a relaxing 5* stay. It had separate spa and swimming pool facilities for both both genders which worked wonders for me and my daughter as we were able to enjoy it without a single worry. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the tram station and various restaurants. In my opinion the best thing about the hotel was the staff, they were fabulous and super welcoming, we loved our stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend 👌👍😊

Good location, only a few tram stops to the most touristic area. Great junior suite - super spacious and comfortable for our family. The spa area is nice and well maintained. We were happy to leave our luggage in the storage room before and after check-in/check-out.

Breakfast is rich but not very original. We missed the traditional desserts and pastry. Alternative to regular milk is hard to get. I've had it twice upon request but on the third day there was no almond/oat or lactose-free milk left, which was strange.

Nice breakfast, near Fundikzade tram station, near historia mall, big rooms, excellent value for money, friendly staff, not far from city center, calm area, not congested, overall very pleasant
