No breakfast at the Residence, but plenty of places around

The location of this Residence is not for people who have mobility issues, only if a taxi is used. This is a long staircase to go if one wants to walk to Taksim square.

I was so happy about main room size which I need exactly. Lift was available, friendly staff and cleaners It was very quiet without noise , package for heather was very good We are so relax whole the time .

Value was expensive, after checkout this hotel ,rented one luxury hotel room for myself with breakfast only 65 $ but etiz charge me 140$ for one night but I was looking for big size room for my family that time , no complain , I was happy about everything Little bit uncomfortable for my mum and dad when we going out, it was uphill walking way , but for young people it was nice

We had a 2 bedroom flat for 6 of us to stay there, each bedroom had a double bed (i.e. for 4) and 2 of us were in the living room i.e. a large sofa-bed and a spare bed that they kindly put there on our request. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is rather central. I will happily book this place again.

Not much to write in this section as we had a great time there with no issue. They can improve by having more cutleries and microwave. We asked them for more cutleries and they indeed gave us more stuff.

Hotel staff with a positive attitude, quick support in finding solutions. Although we arrived long before check-in, they welcomed us without asking for additional costs. Everything is clean and the people are welcoming. Quiet in the hotel, a wonderful host. Taksim Square very close to the hotel, pier for walking on the Bosphorus, Palaces to visit, you can walk. We will definitely come back!

But there was no need, we chose to drink tea in Taksim Square, being very close. So everything was really perfect!

Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious rooms and good location.

No balcony view

Etiz Hotels & Residences was very comfortable, clean, and very new. i loved my stay, it was close to Taxim square (10min walk) and the staff was quite helpful. Fatine in specific helped a lot with my travel plan and providing directions and ordering food. she was very helpful and made my life easy as Istanbul is not so easy to go around without clear directions. anything I wanted during my stay, be it laundry or RTPCR Test or food delivery, it was all taken care of. i would definitely recommend for people who can go around and need a safe and comfortable stay. The Wifi was amazing and the speed never dropped like other hotels.

No in-house restaurant or laundry service or safe deposit locker. But all were taken care of by the staff. they called for the services whenever I wanted.

The jaccuzzi in the room, the size of the room, the balcony, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel which few minutes away from taksim square and the harbour, and most importantly, the staff members who were very friendly and helpful. It is a good value for money. We would book it again if we return to Istanbul.

The curtains were not covering the windows properly because they needed fixing. We felt as if there was no privacy. Not enough toiletry like no toothbrush and toothpaste. We had to buy foam bath, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. We had to ask for coffee cups and a spoon. No coffee is available as well, although the kettle is there. We had to buy our own coffee.

The rooms are as seen in the pictures. All the furniture is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's the first time I've come across such a quiet and safe hotel in Taksim. The staff is very friendly. There are air conditioners in every room and in the lounge. The Smart TV was very useful. The internet speed is good; I had no issues with the WiFi. It's a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and a 3-minute walk to Kabataş beach. Our rooms were cleaned daily. There's no breakfast service, but the kitchen is modern. It's especially suitable for families. They have 24-hour reception service, and they were always helpful when we needed assistance. The price is definitely worth what we paid. Smoke smell in the corridors, poor sound isolation, no place for Parking at all. Walking the steep streets could pose a problem to the elderly and sick. The photos are from one room (top floor) other rooms are with no view whatsoever.
