The hotel is close to Taksim square which is ideal as I was in Istanbul between flights. Ingoing flight was delayed and arrived in the morning instead of evening and still allowed to use the room, to fresh up and rest. Nice hotel in a great part of town. Nice modern room. Thanks to the guy on the reception for his help and possibility to use the room and drop of bags for the rest of the day.

Great location, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They answered all our questions and even helped us order takeout from their phones because the app wasn't accepting non-turkish phone numbers. The room was clean and in good condition. Everything was as described and seen in the photos.

The road to the entrance was closed, and taxi cars could not pick us up or leave us in front of the hotel. It was a very minor inconvenience, though - it's a very short walk from the beginning of the road. Everything else was perfect!

The location and the quietness

location is amazing.. right at the Taksim sq. 2 min walk to the metro st, 5 min walk to istiklal st, and all the shopping and restaurants around..

it's a small building, everything in the room is a bit squeezed, a small balcony was amazing.. but if you like us want to be out of the room more than in. then it's absolutely perfect.. the water pressure in the bathroom was just too good.. the best I have ever got.. everything else is just basic but.. was perfect for us.

Excellent location and a brilliant hotel. It was a lot more spacious than I anticipated. Taksim square and Istiklal Suite are literally two minutes away.

There is a restriction on the lift where it can only carry 2 adults at single time. It would be good to look into this and invest in a better lift. It would also be good to consider cleaning the rooms regularly and not having to request this

cozy hotel with spacious rooms! kind staff , I was allowed to check in early it was very important to me! They also helped me order pizza to my room! large bed, sofa, big TV, fireplace, kitchen and shower room ! The hotel is located near taksim square

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is awesome.

House Keeping could be better. Even if you request a room clean, they don’t always come and when they do come, they just make the bed and don’t clean the bathroom or rest of the room.

Location is perfection & the street is very safe. Loved the room, size was decent, fireplace adorable, balcony was awesome too!!!

The bedding was a bit uncomfortable, pillow cases and sheets were too slippery and pillow was too stiff. Definitely a great choice to try and will rebook for sure but bring my own pillow and sheets to sleep well.

Nice location - 1min from taksim square, One of the quitest hotels of the taksim area ( - most of the hotels that are exactly on the taksim square are very noisy), very nice and relatively spacious room, FREE CHECK OUT AT 12 00 wich is very rare and the only location that sells sim cards with only 10GB-25$ internet which is quite the deal for just a 3 day trip (vodafone charges minimum 30GB-70$ that will be wasted!)

Most of the front desk staff were unable to speak english. Only the night shift receptionist was fluent. They also wanted to charge us 5$ more for the use of credit card as payment method for a sim card that we bought from there.
