All was ok ! Good position near restaurants, T 1 station ,turistic atraction and other things. Cowboy was fantastic, a 10 grade manager. All the day from breakfast to dinner he was amongthe tourists socializing with them to creatr a good mood. Congratulations to all hotel ESEN staff !!!

The staff is very helpful and they help with everything. The rooms are clean and useful. Since it is centrally located, you can walk to all tourist facilities

Location. Nearby all the tourist attractions. Just located beside Marmaray. Very Friendly cowboy owner and staffs. Room is cleaned every day and smells so good.
Some furnitures are old but not a big deal.
