Our stay at the Sirkeci Family Hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was really kind and helpful, ready to help you out at any moment. If you ask for more coffee, water or tea they take it to your room inmediately. At the end they give you some turkish sweets as goodbye present. The room is clean and big bathroom Comfortable hotel and good location. Ashraf one of the best (my friend now). Definetly the greatest place to stay in Instanbul!

This hotel is amazing the view is impeccable and the hotels area is extremely close to majority places in Istanbul. The hotel is really lovely with kind service and staff and the hotel rooms are always very clean and overall the hotel is really lovely

Close to tram station. Super easy to get around. Walking distance to Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque.. Grand Bazaar was also walkable. Staff were super helpful. Thank you everyone!!!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Istanbul. What really stood out during our stay was the incredible service we received from Ashraf and his colleague at the reception. They made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. From providing excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities to ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, their attentiveness and kindness were exceptional. The hotel itself is wonderfully family-oriented, with spacious rooms and amenities that cater to both adults and children. The SPA was a great way for us to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the kids loved the relaxing atmosphere as much as we did. In summary, the Sirkeci Grand Family Hotel & SPA is the perfect choice for families visiting Istanbul. Ashraf and his team provided outstanding service that made our stay special. I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Turkey, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff is truly amazing, taking care of everything with professionalism and warmth. They were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all our requests, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is superb—just 60 meters from the metro station, 100 meters from the tramway, and very close to the port. This strategic position made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city, with everything we needed within reach. A special thanks to Nargess, Seraj, Achref, and Ayhem for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey!

The location is good walking distance to many attractions. The room size was perfect too. The staff all friendly who we had met during our stay were helpful, Nargis, Muhamed and Ayham. Also Ashraf was great help too. Would recommend to friends and family also.

The A/C is not giving cold air as much. Not enough sockets for charging one gives white sparks, which we avoided, so we had to use the fridge one. The room 201 windows aren't soundproof. You can hear noise with night work happening. Disturbed light sleepers like us. Stayed for 5 days, and bedsheets were changed once only and briefly cleaned twice only. Toilet basin is tight hit head on sink few times.
