The best thing was the location. And two of the staff members were friendly, especially Ugur.

1. There should some shades or at least better curtains to dim the lights from the street. 2. It means a lot and it would be a small investment to provide new toilet brushes. 3. The cleaning staff should clean the rooms better (underneath the beds as well). 4. Due to space limitations I can understand that breakfast is served in the lobby but it is not pleasant to eat whilst having stray cats coming in and walking around, especially if you have a slight allergy. 5. Huge lack of professional customer service; when a guest is coming down for breakfast it would be appreciated to greet with a "good morning". Same with English - the majority of staff spoke no or very poor English.

I've been to a lot of hotels, but I've never experienced this kindness and friendliness anywhere! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and available 24 hours a day. They can help you with anything, they even do much more than usual! The hotel includes a trans-continental breakfast in the price, which is incredibly plentiful, the selection is huge, completely self-service, without limits, unlike many hotels, they don't monitor your consumption!!! The equipment of the room is perfectly adequate, it has its own kettle and its own safe! A remarkable detail is the way the hotel takes care to ensure that the guest's relaxation is perfect, without any problems. Special thanks for it, to Burhan (Hotel Manager) and Ahmad who is the funnest guy I've met recently, very nice guy! His favorite saying is ya ya ya 😁😁😁 I love every minute in the hotel! 🛏️🏨

No complaints at all with the room, staff or location. Location very central, area pleasant and safe. Staff just great, really nice and helpful. Room good size and well maintained for price we paid.

Just one not actual complaint, but more a suggestion. Breakfast was mostly styled for Turkish. Lots of things available but very little of what we normally are used to, except chopped sausages, scrambled eggs and some cheese.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city! During my stay, I unfortunately injured my ankle, but Mustafa at the reception went above and beyond to assist and support me. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for both its convenience and exceptional service!

I like everything, the location is great - this is the best part of Istanbul. The hotel is small, but very comfortable and you feel like home. The staff is so friendly and kind, they are the best, they make everything to make you feel good and satisfied. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is near public transport and also near the city landmarks. We will definitely come again! Thank you for everything!

The location was good, in the middle of old city. The staff is super helpful and responsive.

Receptionist guys are really kind! Definately helped us with everything, we get also a better room for free. This place is in Sultanahmet downtown, I recommend it, turist area. For this price it worth it by the way. We liked the breakfast also. (It was a bit poor but tasty.)

The room in real life is not totally like on the pictures, it’s a bit dirtier, and smaller. We can’t open fully our bathroom door, because there was a wardrobe.
