Location is about 3 to 4 blocks away from Eminonu Pier. The location is great if you want to explore the Old Historic Center such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Square, Galata Bridge, etc. You can walk to all them in a span of 10-15 minutes. The Marmaray Station is just a block away if you want to take public transportation to get Karakoy area. The staff was super polite, helpful, and friendly. The check in/out process was seamless as they have one person on site just about all day. The facilities provide a private airport transfer to/from the airport which considering the distance and carrying checked bags, it was a great. Since we left at around 4:30 am to the airport, the staff was so caring, they provided us a sandwhich to go. Beautiful gesture.

The drawback of this location is that the tram passes right next to it so if you are a light sleeper the tram bells may give you a challenge in sleeping deeply.

Nea Suite Hotel is in the middle of old city which is a walking distance to great places to visit eg blue mosque, topkapi palace, bosphorus cruise etc.. it is so kind of Mr Berkay Karadenis who has upgraded our room from 3rd floor to 7th floor.. the room was on the top floor and has a balcony with istanbul beautiful view.. Berkay also assist us in getting an airport shuttle which is luxurious which make us travel like a VIP.. Berkay also make our travel back easy when he let us checked out late so that we can perform our solat before leaving to airport to fly back to Malaysia.. thank you so much Mr Berkay Karadenis for your hospitality and we will definitely come back to Nea Suite when we are back to Istanbul..

The bathroom are from frosted glass and has an opening at the door when it is closed.

Location Most amazing staff - Numan has proving to be a great host, great communication from booking to leaving after 4 day stay. He welcomed us, gave all details about our stay, arranged airport pick up and drop off, showed us amazing places to eat, exchange money always with a big smile on his face.

The hairdryer stopped working after 2mins of using it and had to wait long time for it to start working again

Location. Numan receptionist. He was veryyy kind and veryyy helpful always ready to go extra miles.. from the moment you book the hotel they text you to check if you need anything prior. They made themselves available on whatsaapp so that u can text them anytime. Really recommend and will definitely come again

The hotel is in a somewhat noisy place. During night it's OK, but during daytime the noise from the car horns and trams does not stop. It's not unbearable and we slept nicely, but if absolute silence is important for someone I would suggest looking for another hotel.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The location was perfect, located right in the centre of old town which was great for visiting all the sites. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. We had a very comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul, it was great value for money.

Small elevator and door to the toilet is not like in hotels (does not close fully). But it did not impact our stay, thanks to an excellent staff of the hotel.

The size and look of the room, the view, to the city and sea, the people who helped me Berkay and Hani thank you very much, the clean woman did really good job every day. It was a perfect experience. It's one of the best places to take your stay because you are close to Eminunu, the metro and tram is 1 min walking, the boat is 5 min walking it's the perfect stay !

Excellent location, close to all the main sights and right next to the tram stop. The room was so comfortable and clean, the tidying and cleaning every day was impeccable. The shower was amazing and air conditioning in the room. The reception staff friendly. Excellent value for money. There was no breakfast but it was central location and food venues everywhere. There was a small lift so easy to move luggage. Would highly recommend!
