We felt really lucky as an old couple, we came here, we contacted the hotel for transfers, we came to the hotel with a very reasonable price, the staff is really very caring and helpful. The manager Ergun, with his smiling face and warm-bloodedness, showed interest and attention every day without hesitation, we made a mistake, we mixed up our return flight time, but Ergün really brought an emergency vehicle and got us on time, thank you very much for everything, stay healthy

The hotels location is very good. It is at 10 minutes walk from the main attractions (the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace etc). Is close to any public transport lines. The interior, is like in the pictures. The transfer from the airport is a HUGE plus! The breakfast is normal (cheese, meat,omlette, pancakes, bagels, salads, bread, jam, pancakes, coffee etc) and enough for a good start of the day. The place is cleaned every day. Ergun was very helpful. He helped us with informations on what to visit, where we can buy different stuff.If we needed any information, we asked Ergun and he was very polite and assisted us, when needed.  We were a group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers and Ergun helped us to go in a boat trip (transfer from hotel). For him, 10 out of 10! Overall , it was a very good experience! Istanbul is a beautiful city, crowded, but it deserves at least one visit, in a lifetime!

Hotel is on a quiet street, in a pleasant neighbourhood, close to the main historic sites- 10min walk. Close by you have tram station 15min walk and bus station 5-10min walk. Good room size, well decorated and clean, beds are comfortable, they would come every day and clean the room. There is a terrace upstairs with good views on the Bosphorus, where you can relax. Friendly and helpful staff, the manager offered to book us tours of Istanbul and Bosphorus dinner cruise. They also offered taxi from / to airport for 45Eur. Something to take in consideration -> if you are a light sleeper you should consider earplugs. The hotel is near mosques so you will hear the call to prayer in the afternoon/evening.

There is no dedicated parking at the hotel, but you can find it on the nearby streets for free, or paid parking near mosques, aprox 5-10Eur/day. Noise isolation is not very good, you could hear the water flush from other rooms.

We had reserved 2 rooms as two doubles. Our requests were approved and we also received a separate transfer service from here. Our arrival at the hotel was provided without any problems. At a good price. The hotel manager Ergun is always ready to help in every matter and is very attentive. The breakfast is wonderful. Dilara adds a delicious taste. It is fresh and has a variety of products every day. The hotel location is convenient. Tram, metro, bus. We liked everything. It is far from noise. Comfortable and comfortable. A really comfortable place in a family environment. We will come again.

The hotel location was perfect it was where you could walk to most of the sites and we even walked one time back from Galata tower stopping off for food and at the New mosque and through the posh tea places and back past the Blue mosque. The hotel, though, as mentioned in a few reviews I read, was a little dated, but that adds I suppose to the charm. It was clean, and that's the main thing. It was cleaned daily, and the room was mainly to lay our heads, so it was perfect. Breakfast was a fresh and clean area and nice variety. Most importantly, the two managers, Ergun and Ali, were amazing and sorted everything for us. If we were stuck, they would either do it for us or point us in the rice direction. Overall made our first stay in Istanbul memorable and want to come back.

That there wasn't a Bidet sprayer in our room

We had booked a standard room but I wanted a room with a balcony and a sea view and the hotel manager Ergun did not disappoint us and gave us a higher class room and did not reflect the price difference thank you for making our stay as good as possible . The hotel is close to everywhere, you can find the whole historical peninsula in the palm of your hand, the rooms are cleaned every day and the staff's attention is great, I hope to come again

First of all, the caring and kind attitudes of the employees continued from the first welcome until the departure. The manager Ergun and his team do a great job. The hotel is very close to all attractions. The hotel offers all kinds of tour services at the most affordable prices. You can enjoy the breakfast and the sea view on the terrace. We stayed here with our family for 9 days and we are very pleased. I recommend it and I will be looking forward to coming again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, professional and approachable. Walid and Ergun were there at all times to assist with routes, trips, airport transfer, or simple chit chats. Thank you very much for your assistance. Dylara is excellent cook and hostess. Her homemade breakfasts were delicious! Thank you, Dylara! Location is excellent and very walkable to all famous sites. The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul in a very safe and quite area. Our room was very clean, the beds are comfortable! My family will stay there again!

We didn't have any issues during our stay! It was perfect! Can't point it out any problems.

I cannot hide my admiration for Istanbul and I realized that we made the right decision by choosing this hotel. The hotel manager Ergun is a great man. This man really loves his job and does not hesitate to answer all your questions. He does not mislead you by giving VIP assurance in tour services, transfers, thank you for everything. The hotel is super in terms of location, breakfast and view.

For the very, very low price you get all that you need, and that's great 👍🏽 We especially liked: - breakfast: not very diverse, but tasty, well-put and nourishing - location: right in the historical center with all the main attractions nearby and at the same time so close to all the public transportation system we don't have to use taxis even once - public terrace with great sea view - it was warm enough in the room, which is often a problem in İstanbul's historical buildings in autumn

The bed wasn't so comfortable: the mattress is much wider than the bed itself, so you need to get used to not lying on the sides.
