The hotel was lovely. The breakfast area/restaurant was amazing, it has the view of an ancient roman palace + sea. I heard from staff that the chairs and tables in the restaurant were newly renovated and they were beautiful. Other than that the hotel is in a serene location but also is close to Sultanahmet Square. I loved my room, I think I was upgraded. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I come to Istanbul. I think this place is a semi hidden gem. Interestingly they make great latte macchiato and homemade cheesecake!!

I loved everything about the hotel

Amazing hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Close to the city centre and all turistic places . The hotel and the room were spotless, we stayed here for one week and every single day housekeepers cleaned our room to a very high standard. Reception team is all fantastic and helpful. A special thanks goes to Salih, nothing was too much trouble for him. Great breakfast choice served from professional and helpful staff. Thank you everyone for making our stay exceptional.

They took extra care of us to make it feel comfortable. Arranged for room upgrade and Turkish Bath etc. There location and breakfast was also good. They have very nice reception and other staff.

The complementary water bottle was given for the first day only, where as in all other hotels that we stayed in Turkey had complementary water bottle everyday after room cleaning.

Great stay. They had some kittens that the kids loved to play with. Staff was super friendly and they arranged a tour along with airport transfers. Reasonable rates. Use the hotel staff to book your excursions as they remove the “Tourist discount” from the activity. Lol The area is very near the the old town and easy to walk around. This area also has a ton of cats, which was awesome for the kids as the cats were rather friendly.

Rooms are a bit partitioned IMO. we had a connected room and would have been nice to have a balcony to view the surrounding area which was beautiful.

The staff are amazing. Ibrahim and Ali were so helpful. Thank you guys. Location was excellent, close to all the sites. Hotel was very clean.

It's a small hotel.Its not a 5 star. The breakfast was so basic. Not enough variety.

Rooms are exceptionally clean, Location is perfect and near public transportation (T1 tram and buss from other side). Historical neighborhood, you can find everything around. The special supremacy of this place is staff, Such a wonderful and committed people. Always ready for any help with best attitude, The best collection of staff ever. I must specially thank Mr. Saleh for his hospitality and help, Miss him already.

some rooms and the upper floors have water pressure issue and if room window face the mosque, it will be a problem with load voice of mosque call for prayer voice (Azaan) specially in earl morning.

I really appreciated the care of a manager Mr Saleh who is a top professional and who really showed so much care. He really made our stay in this hotel wonderful.

I didn't like a young receptionist who was not friendly and moreover, when I was looking for my colleague he failed to tell me that indeed my colleague came to the hotel and he called her a taxi to go to town. Moreover, his shirt was not fresh and it looked like he didn't really care about his job

Great location, lovely room with ocean view, excellent breakfast buffet AND a tiny lobby bar if you wanted to grab a drink for your room.
