It’s a boutique hotel. We got an upgraded room which is vast, very decent, and super clean.

It’s on top of a hill if you’re coming from Tophane, so you would easily lose your breath before you reach the hotel. Your best bet is to come from Istiklal street where it would be a slope down. The breakfast was limited in terms of varieties with the same items being repeated daily.

A nice little hotel not far from Galata tower. It is in a pretty quite side street, so noise won't bother you. The breakfast was included but it's nothing special. The room itself was tired. You can tell that many people went through leaving some marks on the facilities. Nevertheless, given the location, super friendly and helpful staff (desk is working 24/7) it's very good value for the money.

The room required renovation, breakfast really simple.

Satisfied with the cleanliness and services. They clean the rooms everyday, change/tidy beddings, and change towels; be sure to let the cleaning staff know you wanted your room cleaned or just hang the sign out of door. They supply soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, and toilet paper during cleaning time. They also give a bottle of mineral water. There are cooking pots/pans and basic kitchen utensils, electric stove, kettle, and ref. There is a complimentary mineral water bottle provided Any issue was promptly addressed as we reached out to customer service desk/reception. For example, when the electric kettle was not working well, they replaced it at once. Almost similar foods and drinks to choose from the dining hall every morning but overall a lovely breakfast. There is a lift good for just 4 persons (or 3 if all BIG), There is a friendly cat in the hotel, may follow anyone, getting in the lift and enter the room if door is left open.

[ nothing really, the comments below are just for some tips.] A night club at the corner across the road can be really loud at night but closing all the windows solved that issue. It would have been better if there are towel hanging rack at the bathroom, but not a big deal really. Rooms are different. For example, a suite room for 3 persons at the 5th floor is bigger than the suite room for 3 persons at the 4th floor; the 5th floor has bigger sofa bed plus an extra sofa but the AC in 4th floor was colder than the 5th floor. Be ready to walk through slightly steep narrow streets to and from the hotel. Also, expect cats on the streets along the way. There is no car parking space; cars can enter but should be really quick to pick or drop off. Mini gym is good enough.

The location is great. Only a 10 minute walk (downhill 😂) to a tram station that takes you to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bizarre, Spice Bizarre, Cistern of the Basilica or a fantastic Hamam, Cağaloğlu Hamam (highly recommended) Staff are fantastic. Ahmed is very handsome...lol. They'll help you with anything. Just ask. It's close to İstiklal Cd, which you can not miss. Walking home at 2:30am there shops/department stores and restaurants open, and so many people still around. Great location. Trendy galleries, restaurants (check out Tom Tom or Avlu Ocakbaşı, both on the way to the tram) They will not disappoint. Big rooms. Great breakfast selection. Can't say anything negative. PS. Get them to help with Taxis or Taxi Vans. It's 45 minutes from the support to the "city are" , well worth pre organising for comfort and price. Should be around €45-50 Z each way

All the staff are very nice. Very clean and quite room. Good breakfast. Renovated bathrooms. Small and cozy inside garden. Great location.

My stay at this hotel near the Galata Tower was truly exceptional. The location could not have been better—just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Galata Tower and within easy reach of many other must-see sights in Istanbul. The hotel itself is charming, blending modern comfort with traditional Turkish touches. My room was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to provide great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel also offers excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a cozy lounge area. I felt truly pampered during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, and I can’t wait to return!

The duplex suite was very spacious, lots of nice extras such as a microwave and dishwasher, the sofa bed was extremely comfy we slept super well the four nights. The bed was very comfortable too! Location was good, on a side street that didn’t have near as much noise as the main street. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was on the poor side, lack of choice, not enough fresh fruit/bread/coffee. Location is good but on the last night it was getting quite loud outside and when we arrived on a Sunday night we could hear the music from a place not too far away too - weekends might be busy! Room is not soundproofed at all, we could hear the neighbours shower as if they were in our in our room. Not ideal however we must’ve been lucky because they didn’t disturb our sleep :)

The hotel was excellent, we stayed in a clean and spacious room, with a large bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. We found water bottles in the kitchen which was a nice touch after a tiring trip from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, the food refill wasn't lacking. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pictures of the room were accurate. And the hotel cat was adorable!

Everything regarding the hotel was great. The only thing people should note is location. We loved it since it's not far from the old city center by tram and near Taksim Square but it has a lot of steep uphill streets so it won't accommodate people with disabilities or generally people who don't like walking uphill a lot.

Stayed for a couple of days in the family suite at this very comfortable little hotel. Amazing location, just a few steps from the main Istiklal Street! Check-incheck out was a breeze and the hotel staff, especially Ahmed, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A real bonus was the great breakfast selection we got...completely recommend this property for any visitor looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Istanbul. Will definitely be coming back here on my next visit!

The walk up to Istiklal Street is a bit of an uphill walk from the hotel which may be a slight issue for people with mobility issues/walking difficulties.

The apartment has a great location, really close to Istiklal street. It has an elevator that is in great condition and works very fast, so I did not wait for it almost at all. The room is bright with a lot of light, and the bathroom is great. The room is cleaned everyday, and also our sheets were changed 2 or 3 times (for 4 nights stay) since our baby makes a mess everywhere. Breakfast is really tasty and has great options.

The apartment can get a little bit noisy since the heating system makes noises and it works all night.
