The location was perfect! Very close to Taksim, metros, everywhere in Istanbul is easily accessible from here. The hotel was extremely pleasant. Wonderful ambience, very quiet. I’m sensitive to noise at night while sleeping and there was absolutely no background noise on the higher floors. The rooms are very comfortable, slept like a baby. Amazing balcony views of the Bosphorus. Breakfast area has a very nice outdoor balcony with nice views as well. The spa looked great, but we didn’t have time to try it. The people who work there are very friendly and adorable! Highly highly highly recommended!

Everything was superb!

The view from the Boshporus Facing Rooms with balcony is the biggest asset. Just amazing. Staff at check-in and check-out is friendly and efficient. Rooms are of decent size. There is a pool, although in an unattractive basement location. Easy walking distance to harbor and metro, old town, some other sight seeing gems of Istanbul.

The hotel seems to be heavily used and will need some renovation soon. Cleanliness is on the edge to acceptable. Biggest issue: bad sound isolation. You hear neighboring rooms, outside bars etc. It also seems to be too expensive, even for the view.

The Bosphorus view from the balcony is amazing, location is great (near Taksim square and tram stop), just take into consideration that the hotel is on the hill, so climbing is chalenging :) room was quite nice, staff very friendly and helpful.

Room needs maitenance: doors to the toilet didn't close properly, windows as well, air conditioning was too intense and we were not able to reduce the intensity, only option was to shut it down. Breakfast is not very good but not bad either. SPA operator is a disaster: we got discount coupons from Hotel reception but we had a discussion with SPA staff is they are valid, guy who works in SPA reception doesn't speak english so it was difficult to make an appointment, due to that we were late to our procedure and therapists were in a rush the whole time. So not very relaxing experience. Also you only can pay cash in SPA. Roof top bar is very loud and they smoke inside so we didn't stay to enjoy it.

The location was great, between Dolmabahçe Sarayi and Istiklal Street. Everything we needed was around. Metro and ferry stations were directly close on the main street. The sea view was really nice and calming. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a little variables each day, we enjoyed the freshly baked bread.

Location is very convenient, near Taksim, near Kabatas. (But prepare for a very steepy walk, from Kabatas)Queen room has an spectacular balcony view, what I was looking for!. Bed was very comfortable, (rare to find this). Clean sheets and towels. Shower with very good pressure. Good bathroom ammenities. Good brakfast but not a lot of variety. Personnel at brakfast service very nice and polite. Special thanks to Yuksal and Mustafa from Reception whom attended my needs during my stay.

I would like to give a few improvement tips: 1. Room temperature was central controlled. At some point in the afternoon, it became really hot and only was to balance was to open the balcony door. 2. Mini fridge at room didn't really hold any cold temperature.( I did not report it, as only used it once) 3. Room has an amazing bathtub, however due to the location ( near the window) is very near a building with offices and a restaurant. To use the bathtub implied to completely close the curtains, which kinda ruin the purpose of having a bathtub with a view. 4. One day cleaning schedule was really delayed after exploration day. ( I activate the do not disturb button as i arrived tired). For the rest of days, no complains.

The staff at the reception is super friendly, but in the ‚wellness area’ they are very impolite, can’t communicate in English or Turkish (only Arabic and Filipino I think), I booked a massage there and after waiting more than an hour after the agreed upon time they still didn’t show up (They come to ‚work‘ whenever they like). And when they are at work, they only chat with each other, don’t refill the water dispencer and even worse they don’t clean the place…. very disgusting pool and gym area! You can’t sleep at night, because of the music from the rooftop bar. Run down facility that has probably seen better days in the past. Overall way too expensive for what you get.

i booked partial sea view on my booking and ended up with the tiniest amount of sea view. if i had know what they meant by partial sea view i would have never booked a partial sea view room and just done city view. i also didnt like that after 10am we was not aloud to talk with our normal voices as a neighbour would complain. we had to Wisper

-our room was Deluxe Bosphorus View Room with Balcony Total Price for two night was € 651.60 - the room was in 1st floor and opposite buildings roofs blocked the view, so I think this price is so high for this time of year, - in terrace they had old and damaged round table and I ask them to change it but no any action from front desk, -they had very beautiful rooftop but they didn’t serve the breakfast at that area - they doctorate lobby and breakfast area at ground floor with artificial flowers which really was so ugly

- first of all, all staff were amazing. but Special thanks for the great amazing guy in reception Mr. Celal ozdemir. always there to help with any question, always there when we need any assistance. -we booked a room with a balcony, it was spectacular view. - the location of this hotel is perfect ( 5 minutes walk to Taksim square, 9 minutes or less to bosphorus)
