Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a variety. The room was very clean and towels were changed whenever you wanted. The room was just like the photos. The location, on Taxim square, was great, with easy access to buses, metro, restaurants, cafes and plenty of shops.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was a noise from the hotel's air-conditions, that were right outside. In the night it was a bit annoying. We asked for another room, but they said there wasn't one available.

The property is has a perfect location! Staff there are so friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my stay with my family. They took an excellent care of us . I really appreciate the personalized service and they remember me by name . They offer free breakfast delicious cheese selections and spreads and daily cooked shakshouka and selections of variety food that change every day. Comparing to the service and location The price is worth it .

The property was amazing the location was very local to all the sight seeing in Istanbul. The staff was soo friendly especially Osman and Mizyal they were welcoming, and If we had any problems they dealt with it quickly! All the housekeeping staff was also very friendly

Unfortunately it was a little unclean to start with rooms need revamping as it’s a little old. But other than that everything was perfect.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very polite, the guys at the reception Topyrak and Yassy were always ready to help. The room was great, and the view of the square was great. Istiklal street with lots of shops and beautiful views is a minute walk away. The breakfast was varied, everything was very tasty, and the view of the Bosphorus was especially pleasing - an ideal picture for breakfast. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Istanbul.

We had a great stay at Taxim Hill Hotel. We checked in really late at night and everyone was very helpful. They upgraded our room to a room with a view for free. Osman and the guy at the reception desk was more than happy to help us through check in procedure and WiFi set up. The room was very neat and clean. The bed and pillows are really comfortable,the whole building was very well heated and maintained. Actually there is an infloor heating system. Extra credit for the spectacular view from the breakfast floor and our room. Would come back for sure. The location is very central,but there was no noise.

The location of the hotel is excellent as for the view infront of the square or for the transportation, Mr Mustafa and Mr Jem at the reception where helpful and welcoming also other staff wo helped us in luggage, My reservation was 2 standard rooms but they upgraded me to a family room for me and my kids, i stayed for 6 nights then extended it, the room is spacious tidy and clean, the helper lady at 4th floor (Mrs Saima) is very kind and welcoming The breakfast at 9th floor, such a beautiful view on the city, nice  seating, Mrs Eda welcomes you there, delicious breakfast wih various kinds of bread, cheese, salads, egg, potato,susage, cheese fingers, shakshoka, french fries, cake, honey, jam, fruits, corn flakes, tea, coffee, juices, also you can order omlet Also there's a terrace where you can feed the lurus. A suggestion, The room i stayed in had one room contains one toilet and two showers and two basins, they can separate to make it two bathrooms, also they can add a real door rather the sliding door between the two rooms. 1. The management upgraded my standard to Taxsim view superior room. Room was super clean and every amenity is available. We needed water other than the two in room and they provided free of cost. Location is superb right on taxim Square. From our room 601 we can see the flower market, Taxim Square and around. Excellent view room. Hotels temperature was well-maintained. We had to stay 12 hours in lesser price on convenient location at Taxim so this hotel suits us perfectly.

The only thing we didn't liked was the breakfast. Very inferior quality and variety. If you serve few quality products that is enough no need to serve several dishes of inferior quality.
