The hotel is really wonderful Everything is new and very clean with a very nice and simple decorations, Hospitality is exceptional, Mr. Moussa and Mr .Rahim are really very helpful they make you feel as your are with your family , Anything you ask for they do they best to be available, The location is realy amazing, it's next to the Marmaray station, Tram station (serkaci), very near to Eminönü and the ferry boats marina. The breakfast time at the roof with a wonderful view of the posphorus make the breakfast very exciting. İ think you can't need anything more The hotel really made our vacation wonderful 🌷👌👍🙏🤩

Great location of the hotel. All necessary nearby: public transport, attractions, cafes and restaurants, tourist area, etc. The hotel itself is directly in a quiet street. For lovers of silence and those who just want to rest from noise and fuss, this is the most suitable place. A couple of meters from the hotel is a T1 tram. With the help of a tram, you can reach the most popular places in the city where there are sights, as well as cross the Galatsky bridge. The staff are very polite and friendly. Separate thanks to a manager named Musa. If you are in Istanbul for the first time, then manager Musa will tell you with pleasure where you can go in Istanbul. At any time, the administration is ready to help answer your questions. Breakfasts: In terms of price/quality, I was happy with breakfast. And the highlight of breakfast was not breakfast itself, but that breakfast was on the hotel terrace. And the view from the terrace is great. You can have breakfast and enjoy views from the windows. It's worth it. For example, you will see the Galatian Bridge, the Galatian Tower. Although where the Galat Tower is located (on the other side of the bridge is far away) and of course a sea view.

A very nice hotel at the heart of everything! Waking distance to metro and tram station. Taxi the old city center very close. Galata Tower, Spice and Grand Bazar, Istiklal and main city attractions, all within waking distance. The staff was very helpful and attending. It’s a family run business and the take good care of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the terrace had a wonderful view is the Bosporous. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Rooms were nicely decorated but there is a need to pay some more attention to details. The bathroom needs renovation, in the long run, but now it needs some work to be more functional. Plus the water was not so warm all the time.

1. Location is central. It is walkable to everywhere. It is just a stone away from the Gulhane Park. We enjoyed our morning walks before the breakfast. 2. The staffs are really friendly and nice. We adore their whole family (including the chubby seagull who is part of their family) 2. Great view from the terrace during breakfast

1. Sound proof can be better. We can hear the conversations from our next-doors. 2. Just a little compliant: We were charging our electronic devices when we went out during the day. But every time after the room was made, the staff unplugged our devices :(

Even though the room is small (this is the case in Istanbul) it is very clean. Excellent staff support They have their own taxi service and can a car to the airport (Some helpful tips for fellow travellers in Istanbul- never try taxis at road, Uber and BiTaxi in Istanbul - you will understand once you order one in Istanbul, always order a taxi from your hotel. In addition you will have very good public transportation in Istanbul and study the maps and lines before your trip to Istanbul - On YouTube you can watch the channel, namely, Bery Istanbul Tips, to understand how public transportation works in Istanbul) Very close to the police station Very close to the Sirkeci metro and Marmaray station

Location is absolutely perfect if you like vibe neighbors and it's close to everything by walking. I'm also happy with all the staff they were so polite and helpful for example my plug was dual they gave me adapter and on my last day i needed a scale for my luggage and they had it which it saved my life at that point. Breakfast is included it's yummy and the chef or who's working there is amazing you could eat as much as you like and the view is also beautiful You couldn't miss a day there.

I wish the bed was a bit bigger for couples.

The location couldn't be better, very close to tramway stations and to restaurants and shops, and only a brief walk to sultanahmet area where most of the main sights can be found. The breakfast was wonderful and very filling, fuelled us for the whole day of sight seeing. Plus the great view from the terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and really appreciated the bedside lamps for reading at night. Last but definitely not least is the great management, Moussa was very kind and helpful and ready to help with anything that was needed, very gracious and such an excellent host! The entire staff team at this hotel was lovely!

Convenient location, a 10-minute walk to the pier and the Galata bridge, a tram stop 5 minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants around. A small, neat hotel, small clean rooms. From the window there is a view of the neighboring hotel, but on the top floor there is a breakfast room with an excellent view. I would like to note the very hospitable and helpful staff. The guys at the reception are just great. We especially want to note Anaida, a very pleasant and helpful person. We spent 3 unforgettable days in Istanbul

The room is very comfortable and the location is perfect; very quiet yet very near to most attractions in Sultanahmet area. Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque are less than 10 minutes walk, Gulahane park, Gulhane tram station & Sirkeci Marmaray station are 5 minutes walk. Spice Bazaar & the ferry pier are just 15 minutes walk. So many shops & restaurants just minutes walk away. Its difficult to find a hotel that has no street noise in Istanbul and at this hotel I hardly hear any street noise because of its location. The breakfast room on the roof top has fantastic view of the Bosphorus Strait and the Turkish breakfast served was wonderful. The staff let me check in at 11am because the room was ready and I greatly appreciate it, some hotel do not let you do that. The owner (Musa) is a very friendly, courteous and professional. I can see he really cares for the guests.

The bathroom is old but the owner said they will renovate that soon. The old style manual door key and they will change that too. To me these are all minor things, I still highly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location in Serkeci, 3 mins from station, tucked away in a quiet leafy street near a back entrance to the park, but literally a couple of steps from the madness and mayhem of the tourist centre of Istanbul. Fantastic staff both at reception and breakfast (a brother and sister act). Excellent breakfast on terrace. Room is small, basic but perfectly clean and well furnished. Can't judge if this is the best hotel in Sirkeci because we didn't stay at the others, but from what we saw and read about the other options, nothing else looked as good - especially for the price, which was rock bottom when we stayed in October.

Unfortunately there was major reconstruction work going on at the next door hotel while we were there, the moise of which made our room unusable during the daytime. But we didn't care because we were out all day in this amazing city. And of course, not the hotel's fault, and they were very apologetic about it.
