It is 2 minutes away from Galata Tower, it had good AC and really kind and helpful staff.

The pillows were indeed unsleepable on lol.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and the building was very clean and I very much liked the ambiance and the decor. The carpet paintings on the walls were beautiful. Overall was a lovely stay. I would book with Aramis again.

The only slight problem we had was that the aircon unit in the room leaked water during the night but it stopped when we switched it off. It was our last night so we didn't bother asking for a fix and just let the staff know when leaving. They were very apologetic but it wasn't very much of an issue for us.

The room was on the 2nd floor and had the 3rd single bed in a separate space. We also had a nice little balcony. Loved the comfortable beds, the decoration of the room that is newly renovated and, the modern bathroom with shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. In addition, the proximity to the Galata Tower and the Galata bridge really helped moving around a lot.

We had to ask for new towels and cleaning of the room - the hotel provides a specific card to hang on the door but we are used to not ask for this. For women solo travellers, the area is a bit dark, prefer staying on the main road on the left of the hotel entrance that is more lively.

Room and bathroom both were very comfortable and the hotel itself is very nicely located two steps away from Galata Tower. Modern fittings, a room maybe a bit “full” for the space available but cozy altogether. Staff at reception very friendly.

I would have liked the temperature of the shower to be quite a bit warmer. Also the temperature in the room was lower than I prefer. Towels in the bathroom are good quality but not super-drying. There is no elevator so guests with a physical disability or simply having heavy luggage might find it a challenge.

The location was great, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable (except pillows). We were at the top floor and had a balcony which was great too.

Pillows were not particularly comfortable, we asked for a smaller one, but our request was ignored. There was no room service, we had to ask for toilet paper on the third day of our stay, no one had checked the room in three days. There are coffee making facilities, coffee and tea were provided on the first day but never refilled.

The hotel's in a great spot! You can walk to lots of popular places like Taksim, Galata Tower, Eminonu, and more. Plus, the staff are really friendly and offer extra services like local tours and booking taxis to/from the airport. All that with an exceptional price compared to other hotels in the same area.

The room was quite small, and if you have a noisy neighbor, you'll definitely hear them.

The hotel is really good, and beats our expectations. Restaurants , stores, public transport, parking, ATM nearby. Will give to the hotel 10/10 and will recommend.

None. The stairs are steep and a bit narrow, just to know that. The triple room is on the first floor, hopefully.

Excellent location in a historic area of Istanbul, very nice staff always ready to help and accommodate the wishes of the guests, nice bathroom with proper plumbing, cosy balcony

WiFi was very unstable and I had to rely on my 4G/5G connectivity Be sure to have your room on a lower floor if you do not want to climb steep stairs – there is no elevator

The air conditioner was perfect for our comfort. The room was tidy and everything else was as expected. The owner was very helpful with our needs. Also the fact that we had water along with coffee at our arrival was a nice touch.

Two out of the three pillows were hard while the bed mattresses were so and so.
