Location: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. Moreover, it's incredibly close to the ferry and major tourist attractions Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations; the rooms and common areas were impeccably maintained. Elevator: Having an elevator was a great convenience. Hospitality and Gifts: The hotel went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures, such as complimentary treats and even a room upgrade – a delightful surprise!

Elevator Size: The one drawback was that the elevator was a bit small, accommodating only two people comfortably. This became inconvenient, especially during peak times when a larger capacity would have been more practical. Noise: Another notable drawback was the insufficient sound insulation in the rooms. Improved insulation would greatly enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

I got sick and they sent me ginger tea to my room without me asking for it. look for Ismael he’s a dear, we were sad we couldn’t say goodbye before leaving. the room view was breathtaking, and even with my messiness they were able to clean the room perfectly and organize my stuff. location is also great, metro station, super market, pharmacy, currency exchange, river and galata tower, all is 2-5 minutes walking distance. galata port and Eminonu grand bazar are 20 minutes walking distance taksim square is 8 minutes away. bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance. over all, location is close to everything.

Centrally located and within walking distance of attractions and the connecting metro from the airport. The staff were all fantastic, very attentive and nothing was too much hassle - excellent English which was a massive bonus for us. The service received for the price was exceptional, a very modern and clean hotel We needed an ice pack at 11:30pm and it was brought to our room door within 5 minutes after phoning the 24hour reception Wi-Fi connected TVs in the room which is better than the Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh If we were to return to Istanbul we would absolutely book again

Clean, friendly staff, helpful. The noise isolation problem was not an issue for me, as the reviews say, the windows are good and sound proof, and I am a regular in Istanbul, I can compare to previous experiences.

you can’t see any view from the lower floors and the neighborhood is not the prettiest to be a tourist in, it is full of small shops and a market for construction, so when walking you have to pass by a lot of objects exposed on the street floor like toilets, cables and others but it is within walking distance to the main atractions, so you can ignore this detail.

I had a fantastic and comfortable 6 night stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and courteous from start to finish and would always ask if we needed anything whenever we seen them, they even provided umbrellas for us on a rainy day! My partner and I stayed on the 8th floor and the views across the city were incredible. I'd highly suggest a high floor room for the view alone! The jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing (especially after a long day exploring) although plan to allow around 90 mins for it to fill up with hot water. My partner worked from the room online several times and the WiFi connection was strong enough to support it with no problems. There's no dining options in the hotel although it's surrounded by a plethora of cafe's and restaurants so eating was no problem. The hotel is situated on a main road but the sound of traffic outside wasn't loud enough to be bothersome and we both had 6 very good nights sleep. It's also a stones throw from the cities public transport network. The area the hotel is in felt very safe and we would often return late at night with no problems. Other amenities include airport transfers (around 30-40 minutes from Istanbul International), bedside plug sockets, complimentary daily tea, coffee and a bottle of water, a safe, central heating. I'd once again like to thank the lovely staff for such a wonderful stay, the hotel had only been open for a month at the time of staying and I'm glad I gave it a chance. Should I ever return to Istanbul I have no doubts that I would happily return to this hotel and I would encourage you to do the same!

The location was great, only walking distance from tram & metro stations. It was close to Galata tower as well. The room was clean and big, and they cleaned the room every day, which was nice. The room had kettle, a small fridge and a locker, and they put water & coffee for us daily. The shower facilities were also available. The workers were nice when we checked in very late and during our stay. Overall we were really pleased with our stay.

The suit was not exactly at the apartment in the picture but like 20 metes inside the backstreet and on the 1st flour. Not much of a difference, but it didn't have The view.

We loved our stay here and will definitely come back when we are again in Istabul! The view from the room was stunning (just like in the photos) and thanks to the staff it made our trip unforgettable! Location is great, close to the historical part of the city and to the metro station. We were offered a welcome drink, which was a very nice gesture. The Wi-Fi connection was one of the best we've had in a hotel! Room was cleaned every day - new sheets and towels, new bottle of water and coffee. They even gave us a small gift when checking out which was a lovely final touch to our whole experience. Highly recommend it!

Everything was great! Maybe the only thing was the loud noise from the traffic on the street, but this is not the hotel's fault and it helps you feel Istanbul even better :)

Very clean room with great view into the old city. Location was walking distance to Galant area and old city which made for nice walks around town. Staff were nice and helpful

Its on a bit of a busy road, so the road noise especially when there is traffic can be annoying with the honking. Balance of good location but also a bit busier. if you are a very light sleeper it might annoy you.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the vibrant Karaköy area of Istanbul. The location couldn’t be better – it’s right in the center of the city, surrounded by excellent restaurants and charming shops. The famous Galata Tower is just a short walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our room offered an absolutely stunning view of Istanbul’s skyline, with breathtaking sights of the city’s beautiful mosques. The room itself was of a very high standard, well-appointed, and, most importantly, equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the best of Istanbul.
