the location, style and rooms are very nice .
the staff is unbelievable . paying is a hassle. if you get the “pay at the property option” they go crazy for you to give them a deposit because they are worried you will not show up, if you pay in advance they don’t register payments (I paid for an upgrade and they didn’t freighter it). you call and they say it is not working hours (at a hotel????) then they don’t speak English and have No idea what you are talking about….. I seriously do not recomend it because of this

The position is perfect to visit the city, both historical and modern Istambul. The design is nice and modern and also the spa is beautiful. Breakfast is quality and staff always gentle and available
Some forniture in the room was ruined and generally the lobby and its bar and lounge are a little bit less nice and curated than the rest

Super comfortable, slept through breakfast twice! The location is great with bars and restaurants 5mins walk away, but just far enough for silent streets for a good night's sleep. Close to, but also far away enough from the busier tourist attractions like the cistern, blue mosque etc. Breakfast on the mornings we didn't sleep through was great, staff on hand for fresh coffee and juice. Pancakes and eggs made to order. All in all, couldn't be happier with hotel choice.
Nothing. If I had to be really picky, house keeping was maybe a bit early, but I really shouldn't have still been in bed at 11am...

Things I don't like it : *no balcony in rooms even in the room with sea view * the location of hotel that not in main street and if you want to go by walking the steert has down/up hill ,it near galata tower but not easily you can go there.
Things I like it: *ulas the one in the reception he is great,kind,respectable and It was my pleasure that he was there on check in and check out , even he help us in moving laggage . *great service * Clean hotel with nice room service *kezban* very kind and clean the room perfectly .

Exceptional service caring and friendly team I had accident. At. Galata bridge. Ended. By. Broken wrist. Mr Ulas. Did call transportation to the hospital and that. Was done immediately All. Hotel staff. Were standing. By for. Help We hank you. All. For. Beautiful. Fruits basket. And cards. And. Good. Wishes for speedy. Recovery We. Should. Mention. The. Amazing. To start, the Haman was wonderfully relaxing and the experience transported us to another world. The staff are super friendly and helpful; especially the lady that helped us arrange our tour and welcomed us for the first time. The breakfast offers the typical Turkish breakfast and has a variety of options too. The location is also perfect, just a few metres away from the Galata tower.
Maybe including soy milk or scrambled tofu in breakfast would be appreciated by vegans like me :)

Location - close to the different main attractions, the galataport area and near tram and tunnel (like a train\gondola to İstiklal and the metro station - very important because the galata tower and İstiklal are uphill). Comfortable Bed, and a Great Shower. There was a problem with the AC, fixed in 10 min. and the room was ice cool. Very nice and helpful staff.
The breakfast could be more diverse and change a bit from day to day.
