Really comfortable bed and nicely decorated room.

Even though it’s near to the tourist attractions, Fatih as a neighbourhood is chaotic with insane amount of traffic. Our room was also next to a service elevator that woke us up often.

Almost everything was perfect. The receptionists were professional and they allowed us 2 hours earlier check in. The waiters and the smiling active waitress were very helpful and professional. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was a little bit small but very clean and with panoramic sea view directly on Marmara sea. The seagulls were coming near the window every day, The breakfast was numerous and tasty especially the famous Turkish cheese and simit. The hotel location was excellent, in the heart of the old city beside the famous Beyazit mosque and very near to the grand bazar. If I come back to Istanbul, I will stay again in this remarkable place

Very little things like some carpet stains and the water stream that is sometimes gets weak.

Hotel is just a perfect size. Staff are very nice and will help you with everything. Bathroom is big, towels changed every day. Breakfast offer is OK, it is not as diverse in some bigger hotels but this is just enough (there are veggies, fruits, sweets). They have a small spa but we didn't have time to use it. Location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance from Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia etc. Tram line is few minutes away.

Everything was rally fine. Maybe carpet in the room could benefit from some extra cleaning.:)

We have been to Istanbul four times, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Mehmet contacted me prior to our arrival, asked if we needed a transfer or help with anything, and organized everything for us. Thank you Mehmet! The room was super clean with a great sea view and close to all the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, shopping street, and tram. Breakfast was amazing, and the guy working in the morning during breakfast was such a delight. All the staff were overall 5-star; we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is not a dealbreaker at all, but the strength of the water from the shower was super soft, making it really hard to wash my hair. The refrigerator was not very effective; it didn’t keep the beverages cold. Additionally, the air conditioner was a bit tricky – even if you turned the temperature up, it remained freezing cold. It would be good to have the option to adjust the temperature. But as I mentioned, these are minor problems that no one should worry about.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to many attractions and transportation options. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mehmet at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, the room cleaning staff (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) did a wonderful job keeping the room spotless every day.

Clean hotel, close to transportation and markets.

The morning breakfast ends at 10:30, but the food ends at 10:00, and the fruits are almost non-existent and of poor quality.

First of all, location is very good, you can reach the most popular sightseeings easily, there is a metro and train close to hotel and no need to use taxi at all. There are shops everywhere, if you want to do shopping. Secondly hotel is clean and breakfast is good. Hotel staff always smile to you, reception (Mr.Evren and I forgot others name) , housekeeper and all staff (for example Mr.Tufan and others) doing their best to help you, if you need any support. Mr.Cemal is one of the staff there and he is good person, loves to help guests. Director of hotel - Mr.Zafer is indeed gentleman, great person and very kind with guests, he has very good discipline in the hotel and always smile and ask your feedback about hotel which is very good approach to improve hotel service. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will see great service here, just try to stay here and use this service.

I dont recommend SPA to anyone from service and hygiene perspective, but please be informed that it is PRIVATE service and not include to the hotel service. If you want SPA just try to have SPA somewhere else.

The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and 20-25 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were absolutely friendly and hospitable, always ready to help and assist whenever needed. I would especially like to thank the cleaning lady in charge of the 6th floor; she was truly precious and lovely. A big thank you as well to the reception team who were on shift—they were wonderful! Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location of the hotel was excellent and it was about 7 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was great. The treatment of the hotel's front office staff was very respectful, professional and lovely.

The floor and stones of the Turkish bath were completely dirty and greasy. Turkish bath staff did not behave well at all. Both the two Thai ladies (if I didn't say the nationality wrong) and their boss, who was a short-haired lady from Turkey. They behaved in such a way that you had to buy massage services from them, otherwise they did not treat you well (even though the use of sauna and Turkish bath was free for hotel guests). The pillowcases were made of plastic, and at night, the whole head was wet with sweat, and this was bad. The carpet in the room was old and dirty and had a lot of dirt stains. The worst thing is that the area around the hotel was completely closed and no internet or uber taxis were allowed to enter there and you had to use expensive hotel taxis.

Extremely helpful and responsive reception staff. I requested a room with easy access as my mother has mobility issues- they gave us a lovely big room well equipped with aids for people who need them. The communication with the reception before and after our stay was flawless.

the staff in the restaurant/ cafe was plain rude- on a few occasions when we asked for the table to be cleared so we could have breakfast, or cutlery to eat, or Gloria Jean coffee they just turned their backs and left in annoyance. The breakfast tables and mats were pretty unclean and generally left unattended during service. The waiters seemed to be spending most time outside smoking or checking their phones. the rooms are not soundproof as claimed; we could hear our next door neighbours vividly and we did have troubles sleeping one night.
