My stay at Vander Valk Hotel was fantastic. The location was great, the staff were incredibly nice, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Vander Valk Hotel for a wonderful stay.

The location is really comfortable, it takes 2 minutes to reach metro, also all the main sights are nearby. The street is really calm so we could sleep peacefully. The room and bathroom was clean, towels were changed everyday, and every 4th day bed sheets were also changed what was really nice. We also loved the breakfast and especially cute terrace where you could enjoy your meal with a beautiful view on the city. The stuff working at the kitchen was really welcoming and helpful, thank you so much!

Even though towels were changed everyday some of them were already really old and could be substituted with new ones. Also sometimes toilet paper and soap wasn’t restocked in time. I was also disappointed to get refused when I asked for an additional blanket since there’s just one blanket for a double bed that wasn’t enough for us. The receptionist just briefly said “no” and turned his head away.

Before the trip we were looking how to get there and knowing Istanbul as a vibrant city, we thought we would have a some hustle to find the hotel. This was far from reality. This hotel was easy to find and from this hotel you could just walk to the Sultanahmed area or take 1 stopt with the tram. All you need just walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and basically you can go to Grand Bazar, Hagia Sophia,Blue Mosque, Basillica Cistern, Bosphorus with this one tram 1. It all started 5 minute walk from this hotel. Hotel is clean , good air circulation, bathroom is also very clean. Would I like to go there again? For sure!

The location of the hotel is great, close to Metro line M2 and T1 tram. The hotel is clean, the room was like in the ptohos, the hotel staff was friendly and speaking english. We where able to sleep well, the bed was comfortable and it's not a noisy neighborhood. The breakfast was tasty but we had the same things for 5 days.

Same breakfast for all days. Some fruits and yogurt would be great to have in the future.

- Best location ever, close to Metro and Tram Station. - Breakfast was good. However a bit boring, same stuff for 5 days. - WIFI was excellent - Clean and comfortable beds - Staffs behavior just amazing, ready to help on time - Bathroom very well equipped and everyday cleaned

- A no if you want quiet rooms. I could hear conversations from the rooms nearby :( - I have had a misunderstanding with an old man about the payment. I have paid via the Creditcard in the booking system and he wanted me to pay also in cash. I did it because I was told that they won't charge my Creditcard. But after some hours I got a bank statement about a withdrawal of my money. I went to him, and it was really hard explaining in English about the situation, but at the end he gave my cash back. Happy ending! :P

Location - quite good - Sultan Ahmed and other historical objects can be reach by walk, 100 meter to the metro station, 150 meter to tram station. Accommodation: beds were soft, rooms are clean and sielent. Staff: very kind. Malik speaks english fluently. they help in any matters immediately, in particular, Malik replaced the refrigerator in the room for us, despite the fact that we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning. Erzhan is a very experienced admin, speaks Russian. The staff is very polite. The service staff during breakfast do everything to make the guests feel comfortable, special thanks to them. And from the tables on the balcony overlooking the sea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel close to all transport: tram, metro, bus, etc. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is well situated just 3 minutes from Vezneciler metro station and close to T1 stop, the Havaist stop is also about 15 minutes away, though it's not convenient to walk with luggage. The room 301 was very nice, it's for 3 persons, but we stayed only 2 of us, it has small balcony, so overall it was very good and the heating was on those cold days, so we were lucky enough to have it on. The breakfast is on the upper floor with a nice view, breakfast is very simple, but for a few days is ok.

Everything was ok

- Hotel reception formalities was great. - All the support staffs behavior was excellent. They helped a lot. Mr Malik in particular was so supportive. - Placement of the hotel was excellent which adjacent to Metro station and Trump station - Food quality was good as well as its decoration. We found the breakfast area neat and clean. - Breakfast serving support staffs behavior was excellent!

- Almost same breakfast menu everyday was boring. Sufficient food quantity was not available till the end of breakfast time. - No aircon facility in the Breakfast area. - Room mirror was not long enough to see faces without bending. - No floor carpet in the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s a quiet area yet central to the locations we needed. The staff were helpful, the room and bathroom was cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily too and the breakfast was ok. Wi-fi was decent too.

The towels were quite old, even though they were clean . The breakfast was repetitive  and our air-conditioning was quite noisy
