We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent climate control system that worked perfectly. The bathroom was large and equipped with modern fixtures, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the check-in process quick and smooth. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is also fantastic, with everything conveniently close by: just 2 minutes to the tram stop, 5 minutes to restaurants in any direction, and 10 minutes to the waterfront.

However, I did experience some noise disturbances on a couple of nights. It seemed to be due to other guests in the hallway, as there was loud talking, laughing, and door slamming. While this may not be a regular occurrence, it did disrupt my sleep during those nights.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. We initially had a quad room which proved too small for us. We requested reception, who kindly changed our room to a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, which was more roomy and comfortable. The AC was biting cold, and we actually had to turn it up. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and plenty of places to have breakfast close by. The hotel is situated very near to the Galata tower, which is only a 5 minute walk. It is a hilly area, so bring along a good pair of walking shoes. The Tram line is also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is only two stops away from the port where you can book a day / sunset / donner cruise on the Bosphoros. The spice bazar is two stops away in the other direction, the Haga Sofia, Blue Masjid, and Topkapi Papace five stops away, and the Grand Bazar is 7 stops away. The turkish food in Istanbul is exceptional, and you can't go wrong with a mixed grill / traditional breakfast. Apologies to all the veggi lovers out there.

This does not affect my impressions of the service. However, there were a few flies in the room which the staff tried to take care of, with some success. Having said that, they are all over the place as most dining area are open and only some high-end ones offer AC.

They try to do their best. This hotel was a good value and was in an excellent location for walking. Close to Gallata Tower and the shore. Many local places to eat and shop. Very steep climb to the main market street. If you have issues with walking or are in a wheel chair, find a better location. The staff here is friendly and did recommend a very nice dinner cruise which they handled well. Hotel cleaning service was daily and they did a good enough job.

Room was smaller than expected, and we had use of the couch bed which made it tight quarters for 3. The room smelled of cat, but so does the entire city of Istanbul.

This waz our 7th trip to the city and glad that we chose this hotel. Some good bits: - Larger room size as compared to our previous hotels - 2 stops away from Bazaar. Tram is few steps away. Come out of the hotel and cross small. Park and you're at the tram - kitchen provided in room. Grocery store is opposite to the hotel - Superb and helpful staff. Offered us bosphorus dinner at USD40 which was cheaper than offered at station. - rooms are filled with amenities

Nothing that worth mentioning in dislike.

The location proved to be incredibly convenient, with easy access to Istiklal Street, Karakoy, and the tram for exploring other areas of the city. The staff were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, as they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

It seemed that W Suites may have been recently opened or refurbished, as we encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay. For instance, there was a problem with one of the windows not closing properly, which compromised both security and comfort. Additionally, we experienced a brief hot water outage, which was inconvenient. Despite these challenges, the staff did their best to address the issues promptly and ensure our comfort.

The location was great, the hotel was very modern and the room was comfortable with an enormous bed (had them push the beds together for one massive comfy bed). Hotel staff were very accommodating and a supermarket across the street made it easy to have snacks and light meals at any time of day (massive bonus if traveling with children).

It would be great if there was a breakfast option, however there were tons of options nearby for great food, which is really part of the reason to stay in the area, so it was not an issue. Also, the full size fridge and stove in the room made it very easy to have snacks and breakfast in the room when we did not want to go to a restaurant.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, very close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area so convenient. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with daily cleaning that kept everything spotless. But what really stood out was the staff—they were all amazing! Polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, they truly made our stay unforgettable. The staff is by far the hotel’s greatest asset, and their hospitality added a special touch to our trip. Highly recommend this place for both the location and the outstanding service!

The property doesn’t serve breakfast but you can find that nearby. The location is superb just three minutes walk to tram station and just two stops away from the main city centre area and you can reach Sultan Ahmed area having all major attractions in twenty minutes via tram. It’s a newly built set up so everything was perfectly cleaned and their daily house keeping is also very good. The staff is polite and helpful and can speak good English.

The size of the room is actually bit smaller than it appears but then the money they charge is fine and especially the location and cleanliness compensate for that. Initially they didn’t give us the room we booked but then they changed it next day and we were fine.

Clean and nice hotel. Large and nice rooms. Is daily cleaning. Air conditioning works great. Seems like a new hotel. Pleasant staff. They also offer pick-up and drop-off to the airport for a small fee. Is super central. Walking distance to Istiklal street, Galata Tower, Galata port. Short distance to the tram which takes only a few minutes to the Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque and Spice Bazar. The next time I visit Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The property is easily accessible from the Tophane Tram station.Burak and his team were amazing. They offered us tea . The suites are accessible by elevator lift . The rooms have kitchenware and there are also sofa bed. Easily one of the best stays in Istanbul . There is a grocery store right in front of the property for all your daily needs . There is also a park next to the place. You can walk easily to Galataport in 3 mins
