The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast, buffet style, was great, the veg of salad was fresh. And quite a lot of choice. We have booked 3 double rooms for a 2 nights stay. The rooms were specious, clean as described.

The only thing annoyed us especially were the bathrooms. One toilet's shower head holder was missing and a hairdryer in another bathroom is not working. The issues were sorted out by changing rooms once we reported it to the reception the next day. And WiFi signal were a problem as well. We were told by the reception it was the reginal problem beyond their control. So we have to switch off WiFi and using our mobile data. Otherwise, there are no complaints.

The staff were exceptional, they upgraded our room to a family suite, provided information on the Hieropolis attraction and even provided us with a ride to the entrance which would have been quite a walk if we went ourselves. The location of the hotel is exceptional to view hot air baloons in the morning and to visit Hieropolis. If you are going to Pamukkale to visit this world heritage site then this is the hotel to stay at. The room is value for money and ideally located, expectations should be in line with this. Thanks Anya Resort for an unforgettable experience in Pamukkale! I will visit again to hopefully do the hot air baloon this time...

We enjoyed our stay at Anya Resort and special thanks to Ali who helped us with everything throughout our stay. He and his team were kind enough to extend the checkout time cause we checked in late, helped us visit the Hierapolis ancient city and the travertines. Also, they helped us to purchase swimwear for a cheaper price in a local store rather than at the Cleopatra pool. Ali also arranged us to and fro transfer from Denizili Airport. The dinner and breakfast at their in-house restaurant was great and value for money. We can’t recommend enough of this resort. Would definitely visit again.

The toilet seat cover was bit damaged. But that was a minor thing which didn’t bother us compared to the great experience we had.

I travelled with a large group of students and teachers in a project. I kept in touch with Ali, the personnel at the check in desk on the way to the hotel and he was so nice to do all the arrangements before our arrival. So the check in took us only 5 minutes for a group of 30+, while in other places we spent like 2 hours to do that. So we took advantage to relax at the restaurant for the time Ali offer us. It is important when you travel in such a large group. He also managed to arrange the balloon ride for the next morning at 7 am, even it was almost 11 at night!! Since the next day it was one of the students 16th birthday, he also offer us a place where to buy a birthday cake at 8 in the morning. The personnel helped us to organise the surprise for the girl at breakfast.

One of the ladies who was a guest at the hotel was so annoyed about our students that she went to their doors to scold them for making noise, even it was 10 pm. It was very rude and mean of her, but the personnel was objective and tried to solve the problem politely.

The property is so much better than the pictures and is really beautiful… nothing that you will expect in the small town of Pammukale. Honestly it was such a comfortable stay even though it was only for one night. From the moment we entered the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was large in fact we were upgraded to a room with the view of the Travertines and wehen we woke up in the morning we woke up to the view of hot air balloons flying right outside our window. It was beautiful. The cleanliness was taken care of and the breakfast was a large spread. The property has two large swimming pools truly giving it the feel of a resort. Much recommend. The best hotel stay.

Wifi work best in reception. Didn't work in our room and only a little/sometimes by the pool. Staff at restaurant/bar I wish they spoke better english . Also when we wanted to book a shuttle to the airport one of the reception staff there told us that it wasn't a shuttle that early in the morning and that we had to take a taxi. But later we asked another repection staff and he booked a shuttle for us . Very loud music by the pool, could hear it all the way into our room

I only stayed there for a night but the place was great. You can actually walk up and down the hill to reach the Thermal Pools. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The manager, Ali, helped us with all our needs, not just for Pamukkale but for the entire trip. He was very proactive and gave us the best and reasonably priced contacts for taxi, etc. I would definitely recommend the place.

Loved the location of this property, you can just walk everywhere, it’s a small town but very safe location. Pools were fantastic, drink services around pool was excellent, very clean and well maintained outdoor area. Room was large and quiet, massive bed that was really comfortable, no lift but the staff sort your bags for you so no stress. Staff were very friendly and great with organising tours.

Breakfast was not great, but honestly for the price I didn’t expect much more. Drinks were not cheap by the pool, but I found out that seems to be standard pricing in Turkey during Summer, Which was very surprising for us.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it. I'm sorry we only booked two nights, both the hotel and Pamukkale itself deserved more time. The staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming, from the people at the front desk to the waiters and cleaning ladies, everyone was lovely. The front desk gentleman that checked us in had a lot of tips and suggestions for activities, not only for the Cotton Castle and Hieropolis, but also for paragliding and hot air balloon rides. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the pool and also had a nice, private terrace on the other side. Furniture looked nice and new, the bed was very comfy. I read some reviews saying the bathroom smelled, ours had no such issue. Maybe add a towel hook in the bathroom, though? Top marks for cleanliness as well. The only downside to being next to the pool was the noise coming from the pool bar. Two outdoor pools, I think one had thermal water, as it was much warmer and didn't smell of chlorine at all. Both had a kid's pool adjacent to them. I really liked the breakfast buffet, as it had a lot of options, to cater to both savoury and sweet palates. As for location, it's walking distance from the travertine pools and all the restaurants, while being private enough to avoid the crowds.

Behavior of the staffs was excellent. Their helping attitude, positive approach towards any issues totally praiseworthy. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned by the staffs. It was totally valued for money. Very near (300m) to the Pamukkale Entrance. We ordered food from the inside hotel restaurant which was also good and worthy. View from the hotel is as shown on Booking.com. Rooms images shown in this site totally matched in reality. Highly recommended for family with children and also for group/budget Travellers.

Bidet shower was absent in the lavatory. However, tourists from Indian Sub Continent are mostly habituated using bidet shower in lavatory. Another interesting point is, complimentary water bottles were not there. Only two water cups were given. Although after requesting, staffs managed three 1/2 ltr bottle for first day. Later on, Frequently, we needed to buy water from outside. Complimentary water bottles should be given every day.
