Mario was exceptional at the front desk. He was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect and very spacious. The pool was cleaned everyday. The restaurants on site were very good. Plenty of towels were available.

The bathroom towel holder and toilet roll holder were broken but the staff fixed them immediately. The safe was not operating properly when we first arrived, but again the staff corrected this immediately. The water for the showers could have been hotter-it was warm but not hot. It would have been nice if our catamaran excursions could have picked us right up at the marina; instead we had to go to a different resort to meet the catamarans.

Zenza was excellent and I didn’t realize when booking how much more hospitality that the kind staff would offer like the rides to the beach, continental breakfast, or access to cold bottled waters our whole stay. They are right next to two bar/restaurants that were great so it was very convenient to not have to travel to grab drinks or quick meals. The room was great and the hotel itself is in a beautiful area that is central to everything.

I didn’t like that I had to check out! It was so sad to end the vacation, but it truly made the time off so wonderful and relaxing. I will definitely return to Zenza one day and recommend it to others visiting Turks and Caicos.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was amazing, special shout out to Gem, Cherry and John for always accommodating our needs. We were even provided with free fresh coconut juice from the trees in the property to help with hydration as my son was having loose bowels one day.

None. Hotel looks brand new and all facilities were modern and very clean. Loved that they provide free bottled water and a small continental breakfast at the lobby. I just wish the nearby beach was swimmable. It had very strong waves, but that's not the hotel's fault. My family would stay here again!

The breakfast was basic - pastries, coffee, juice, granola bars, and fruit. I do feel like everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even built a ramp for my husband to easily access our room with his wheelchair! It was so easy to catch a taxi to anywhere you wanted to go - a list was provided by the front desk. Cherry (at the front desk) helped us arrange parasailing and mobile massages in our room! It was great. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but even downtown is a 15 minute drive. The beach and marina were within walking distance.

I did not like that there were no facilities (like a gym) on the premises. As a person who works out, that would have been nice to get in a workout of some kind, other than taking the stairs to the fourth floor, where our room was. Maybe consider adding grab bars to some of the rooms to make them a bit more ADA accessible.

The property is beautiful and very clean. It’s very quiet too. I think it would be better for couples who don’t really care to party. Also they have free continental breakfast and coffee. There’s also 3 restaurants in walking distance and they have a shuttle to the beach. There’s a nice rooftop overlooking the marina. I got the marina view ground floor. Totally worth it!!

I loved everything about it. But if you wanna party I’d stay in grace bay that’s where all the clubs are.

This property was beautiful and right in a heart of everything about 3 miles from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by three restaurants with great food and beautiful view right on the bay. The hotel includes continental breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The ladies at the front desk also helped with car rental, which was so easy and convenient. The car was dropped off at property and picked up a desired location. The hotel also has private beach access, free bike and golf cart drop off to the hotel beach.

Location is supreme! I loved that they allowed you to check-out beach towels, snorkeling gear, chairs and beach umbrella as needed. They had bikes available for you to use. They golf-carted you to the beach access point where they have a few chairs setup for hotel guests. Loved the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day! The room was large and spacious. It’s extremely expensive but it was a splurge and I’m happy with my overall experience!

Great value and perfectly situated for those with a car, like ourselves. We were 10-12 minutes away from mostly everything we wanted to do. They also recognize how helpful it is to have perks such as free water and snacks, coffee machine in the room, and free access to beach equipment. This made our experience hassle free and painless. Would definitely recommend for travelers who don't like being stuck at a resort and prefer to explore the island on their own.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe that the pool faces a wall (and not the water), but like that really wasn't an issue, at all. I still would recommend! Super friendly staff and next to a great italian restaurant :)

Zenza Boutique Hotel is a piece of heaven with so much peace and tranquility . Upon check- in, I was pleasantly greeted by Jem. She was very detailed explaining the amenities on site and the local restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Additionally I stayed in the Penthouse Suite which included double patio with the view of the Marina, along with a jacuzzi. As someone who drinks a lot of water, I appreciated the availability of bottle waters, fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice and pastry on the main floor. I also want to share that they provide rides to the beach upon request, schedule your clear boat photo shoot, excursions and also call taxis for you if needed. The staff take great care of the property, there’s always someone cleaning and all staff on ground have a warm personality to ensure that you are comfortable and safe. Overall this place is a 10/10 nestled in Grace Cove. I look forward to my next vacation here.

The hotel is brand new and everything in it is modern. I loved the entire layout of the hotel with all the white and modern style furniture. We stayed at both the penthouse and luxury king room, the penthouse is bigger with a nice top floor view with a nice jacuzzi. It was lighted and heated, perfect for the nights and early mornings. The king luxury room didn’t have the jacuzzi outside but did have the white circular tub that I soaked in many nights. It’s a very nice modern tub which looked good and also felt incredible. The front desk staff of Jem, John, and Ron were amazing. Salamat to you all! Will definitely come back if I ever come to Turks again.
