The property was very beautiful. I didn’t spend a lot of time on the property I did outside excursions every day. This property is mainly for older people or if you are looking for a nice quiet time. The beaches are beautiful and property well kept. Room exceeded my expectations and wowed me on first entering.

Wish the food was included in our stay. It was expensive with little amenities that were included.

We loved the property location and overall aesthetic. Being able to easily walk into town was a huge plus. Our room was perfect for us as a couple.

The gym room was a little outdated and one of the treadmills needs to be replaced.

Room quite dark and dingy, bathroom very small and outdated. kitchenette poorly designed with cupboard above sink that got in the way. Beach guys reluctant to help unless you tipped.

The 2 rooms suite was a great option for our family of 4. The kitchen was very useful. The location was good, within 1 mile walk was many dining options and a large supermarket. The front desk staff was a disaster, very unwelcoming faces and tone of speech, not suitable for a 2 star hotel in the US. They gave us a very bad first impression. The good news that you don’t need them very much. The staff in the rest of the facility were very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend it.

Great Value! When you don’t want to pay $600+ a night for a room, stay here and you won’t be disappointed. On site easy parking. Hotel is made up of 3 story complexes, no elevator. Large sitting area, screened in porch, washer and dryer, and mini fridge. Located close to shopping and downtown. Hemingways has good food and service. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Pictures online don’t do it justice. Free hobie kat rentals were our personal favorite! Covid tests $25.

Mattress is stiff as a board. Can’t get a Covid test if you change resorts outside their group.

The hotel has a lot of character - the rooms are clean and modern. The hotel pools are great and the beach is wonderful. The onsite restaurant is very good and has a nice selection. Short walk to the Salt Mills make this a very attractive place to stay. I do believe it is the best value for money in the area.

This is an excellent property and great location - on the beach - a choice a family or quite pools. Staff were very helpful and the facilities clean and well managed. Our housekeeper kept the apartment immaculate. The restaurant facilities are limited to one choice and that's OK as the other option is to walk on the beach to other options during the day or the short walk into town for many other choices. We felt safe doing this as there were plenty of others doing the same. Taxis are an issue but there always seemed to one or two hanging around outside.

I found it expensive and 11 nights topped out at $9600 with taxes - but I can't compare on quality for price and you might be getting what you paid for. I knew this in advance and so it was not a surprise but have stayed on an all inclusive basis in the Maldives for the same cost and food and drink here are expensive also - again relative to the Island overall. Tips are expected wherever you go so again expect this in advance. My greatest issue is what constitutes an 'ocean view' - our initial room overlooked the jacuzzi and was noisy and we changed to room 6205 - the room was the same style and plenty big enough - there is a view of the ocean in the distance but few are ocean facing or would have what I would expect as an ocean view.

My family loved the location of the property. It is a close walk to eateries. The beach where the property is located is the best area on the Island. It is longer and there is a lot of space.

The two treadmills are broken and need to be replaced. The unit we stayed it is nice but needs to have towel hooks or bars hung for your towels to dry after use.

Loved the resort! The facilities were excellent. Our room was a bit noisy and could hear the neighbors conversations but not too bothersome to us. Housekeeping was great and staff very friendly and accomadating

We absolutely loved The Sands at Grace Bay great location and walking distance to town/restaurants. Gorgeous beach. Beautiful landscaping. Our room was very nice and quiet, we had a 1 Bdr with living room and kitchenette. Beach activities very easy to book. Beautiful pools.Staff was lovely. Hemingways restaurant and bar excellent!! We will definitely be back! A+ Highly Recommend
