Staff at a time to open you get inside the place and do not have table ready for people you have to wait to long to get the service we deserve all my 4 days in location never had table ready and wend you ask the personnel is coming half hour later and lot of time you have to go and get utensils or glasses night time same thing staff at breakfast and dinner they need to be training more

A lot of food options and activities during the week. All staff were really friendly.

We had to change room due to the air conditioner but everything else was perfect.

lots of seaweed on the beach that souls be cleaned by staff. no English speaking staff. buffet mostly was not very good. hard to get tables and resort restaurants. cleaning staff forgot to bring towel one time. reserved area for club members it was annoying and stupid idea. old gym and spa they could be renovated

The facilities were great, having a nice swimming pool with a bar across the pool, the gym was ordered and a the private beach they offered paella and hamburgers. We came for 3 days, but decided to extend to 5 days on the first day we arrived. The reason was because we loved the vibe and tranquillity. The breakfast was great in which the dishes were fresh, the lunch and evening buffet was also fine, especially the personnel in the restaurant above the pool bar were super friendly. Besides only buffet you can also choose for Oriental, Fish, Mexican etc.. Although it can be at times quite crowded, the personnel offers a quick service and response to your needs. They were friendly, helpful and most important respectful. The rooms were also from high hygienic standards and the cleaners were super friendly. You don’t have to pay extra for Wifi as I saw it in other reviews. Also the PCR/Antigen testers will come to your room.

They offer a lot of desserts while more variety can be offered to non desserts dishes. Also they have 7 other restaurants, besides the buffet, however you need to quickly schedule these early in the morning because it is quickly full. The resort is big so sometimes the distances to walk can be large, therefore I would recommend to go for VIP service in which they bring you with golf cars from spot A to B. Be careful with the antigen/pcr testers as they are sending your pasport details in a overall Whatsapp group - this can harm your private data.

It's great resort, very well priced, and very friendly and attententive personnel

The dance club was closed and we weren't notified about it, plus didn't love the fact that they used to have 24/7 Beach bar before and now it closes at 6pm. Plus twice now my friend has been subtly racially profiled the first time he was stopped by a security because "he couldn't see his wrist band" but I was wearing long sleeves and didn't have this issue. And this time he was attended last when he went to get drinks at the bar

My room, the pools, the beach, the employees from the front desk to the hosts, shops, and cleaning staff. I loved the ease of booking excursions, covid, and answering any questions I had.

Never got the chance to have a seafood dinner. The restaurant either wasn't open or for reserved? member clientele? The buffet was the same for lunch and dinner. I was disappointed that many guests did not tip at the restaurants. I left something at every meal.

resort fully inclusive, it was really renovated, as per the name, I got what expected. Very rich breakfast buffet, good evening animation, nice swimming pool, etc. A perfect stay

we loved the clean beach, the space between lounge chairs; the room was clean and comfortable, renewed with a nice garden view. the pool is huge (even though we never used it, we prefer the beach) the entertainment was cool and funny many different restaurants to choose from the overall atmosphere in the resort is very relaxed and pleasant

the quality and variety of food could have been a bit better almost nobody was wearing a mask (apart from the working personnel) in the closed spaces (buffet, restaurants and shops) and nobody from the resort was enforcing this Covid-19 measure...
