Everything was 10/10. 1-The room was clean and Housekeeping was cleaning the room daily and changing sheets and towels. They also provide you with shower gels, lotions and alote of things you might need. 2- the facilities are perfect. The hotel provides several restaurants and cafes. They also provide a supermarket with affordable prices. There was also a cinema and several ATMs. 3- Hotel was super clean and the garden was very clean and nice. (I stayed at almasa 2). The smell of the halls and rooms was amazing. beautiful smell. 4- staff were helpful. When I arrived, i did not like my room, so they gave another one with a better view. 5- Staff was calling from time to time to check if everything is good and if we need something. Thank you Mr.Ahmed for checking on us daily :) <3. 6-Security and safety are 10/10. The hotel is very safe and there is security everywhere. 7- I felt myself being in a palace rather than a Hotel <3. I love the experience and the ambiance of the hotel. 8- If you have a problem, call them and they would be happy to help you. They will immediately solve your problem. They do care about the guests alot. 9- Breakfast was excellent with alot of options. 10- I think it is the best hotel in Cairo :). I tried several hotels in Cairo (4-5 stars) and Almasa was the best. When I visit Cairo again, Almasa will be my choice. Thank you for the perfect 11 nights I had. Thank you Almasa for everything.

I loved the Morjan sea food restaurant, excellent for quality/price. I also loved how spacious and green the place is.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, many coffees and restaurants available, a lot of green space, every thing was perfect starting from the check in where mr Amr Khaled was very decent and upgraded my room, then the decor and the atmosphere make you as if you are realy in a palace, nice smell all the day ,delicious food especially in Morgana the seafood restaurant where the taste and the portions are exceptional, the breakfast at Aqua Marine restaurant was delicious, a lot of variety, very friendly staff especially Sama,Deena and Noor were amazing ,everyone visits Cairo should stay at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Masa Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a blend of modern comfort and traditional elegance. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

I Experience an issue with the shower, as the water was cold at times during my stay. This was a bit disappointing, especially after a long day of exploring.

I like the gardens and the beautiful views all around the property. The restaurants and the lounges on the mountain with the city view and the fresh air all together inside the property makes it very unique and special place.

Everything was good and the room was clean but maybe a little renew is needed in the shower. It wasn’t very comfortable and very large amounts of water goes out of the shower because the door can’t be closed completely.

The decor was great, staff friendly and breakfast was good. The night receptionist Yousuf was very friendly and professional. Very good guy and always smiling. Tries to exceed customer expectations. My thank to him.

Reception staff don't follow their colleagues agreement. My elderly mother and siblings stayed same hotel in suite and it was agreed for late check out at 2pm night before. On the day were forced to check out by 12 noon and had to shift to my room. I wouldn't call that a good customer service. I would recommend management to place a chair in the room than sitting on the bed.

The exterior of the resort and the gardens are beautiful. Loads of restaurants to choose from, food was of very good standard, especially at the seafood restaurant. Staff on the whole very friendly.

Rooms are dated. The finishing in the bathrooms and shower areas need addressing. Showers either too hot or cold - no in between. Brings the overall rating down significantly. Worth noting Sauna and Jaccuzi operates at different times for Men and Women only. This was not made clear from the outset. Men 9am to 3pm. Women 4pm - 10pm. Not ideal when you are checking in after 3pm. Some staff need training in handling phone calls in English, as they weren’t able to understand basic requests.

The venue was incredibly beautiful. Grounds were so well-kept. Fabulous stay all-round!! The staff were 10/10. Omnia at reception behind the desk was incredibly friendly, very hospitable and made our stay memorable! Mohamed the concierge manager was incredible. He helped with organising excursions and made sure we were always well taken care of. Ahmed at hotel security always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! Over and above these three staff, all the staff at Al Masa were super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you! THANK YOU ALMASA, we will be back for sure!!

I walked into a lot of the top rated hotels along the Nile and I must say I was sooo glad I chose Al masa!! the staff are excellent, facilities are 6 star! rooms were superb. close to the big malls, and 20min cheap Uber trips to main attractions in Cairo. I would definitely recommend this hotel over the over priced hotels along the Nile. this was way better in my opinion. do not think twice to choose this hotel. my family’s jaws dropped when we saw this vs the other hotels we stayed in Cairo before.
