Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. The pool and the gym were pretty nice and I was very happy with the fruit selection at the breakfast buffet table.

At the moment of our staying the entire street where the hotel is, was in construction work so the whole area looked very messy and untidy, but I believe once it is finished, it will look great. I also didn't like that there was no parking space for the hotel guests.

Our room was very well appointed with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach (I did pay extra for a sea view) and one of the best showers I have experienced in an hotel; efficient in both temperature control and flow power, with easy to use controls. The staff in reception and the room cleaners were all extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience was only moderate; the quality of bread was very disappointing compared with bread received in cafes and restaurants in the city, and the speed of clearance of the tables was very variable, depending on which staff were on duty. In saying this, I should add that my wife and I are not great afficionados of breakfast, and also single out one of the staff (I think her name was Yasmine) who was always very helpful and worked hard with a smile on her face.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was big enough and clean. Hotel is quiet, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants, to taxi place and to city centre. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the last floor, and the pina colada at the bar was awesome!

Only the breakfast didn'tmeet expection. Food was good but only with very standard choice, and juice machine was not delivering right juice everytime. I didn't see many parking places next to the hotel

breakfast was ok, excelent location and staff, we paid extra 25euro per day for beach facing room I would not have liked to have a side street room with only the hotel opposite for the view, Room was fantastic we had the sun all day as we went in November when the sun is lower, I would think in June July August the sun would be higher in the sky and no sun on balcony, Only three things with me being picky are thin loo paper, no loo brush, and the mirror being behind the bedroom door when you go in the room, so we never used it as the door was always open

Other reviewers complained about breakfast. I disagree. It gave you a full range of options and the staff were very efficient in cleaning the tables and replacing food when the hotel was full. Our room, (balcony/sea view), was spacious, very bright and clean. The lighting was cleverly positioned. The beach is immediately opposite and kept very clean by the local authority. Perfect for young families. The view was delightful because of the southern aspect and a lovely sunset each evening. A small fridge was helpful for cold drinks. The shower was spacious and towels were always replaced quickly when required. Towels were also available for the rooftop pool when requested. The reception team was well-trained, multilingual and friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel and would use it again if we returned to Arrecife.

No particular dislikes, although there were smokers around the pool, (despite no smoking guidance), which was not really supervised and possibly dangerous as a result. Reception personnel need to update their knowledge of bus connections as we were given incorrect advice twice despite lots of details about services being available only a 10-minute stroll from the hotel at the terminal.

Everything about it was brilliantly! Very clean and spotless. The television remote was user friendly😂as I managed to view in english without a problem. Clear instructions were all laid out, so had no problem to follow them through. On entering the corridor, one is greeted with that lovely welcoming but refreshing smell .. that was so good ! The close proximity, the good Wifi connection , the balcony overlooking the sea and the beautiful waiting area in the reception lounge. Additionally, there was a church in the hotel,which was brilliant , so I enjoyed the service. The members were excellent and the sermon was dynamic!

One thing I did not like about this hotel, was that there were no kettle tea or coffee in the room. The fridge was empty not even a complementary bottle of water .

Free pick up from airport. Great location on the beach front. Food shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. 5 minute walk to bus station which is convenient for coach trips. Spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable beds and great shower. Interior door kept noise out at night. Good choice of food including gluten free. Friendly staff. Secure room for luggage after checkout and use of facilities until departure.

Didn't expect to have to pay for drinks with our evening meal. Not a great range of vegetarian food. Very limited desserts for dairy / egg free guests. Surprised ice cream wasn't an option.

rooms were very modern and bright. exceptionally clean, and beds made every day. we had sea view and it was stunning to watch the sunsets and hear the waves. Rooms were quiet and warm no complaints on facilities. Reception staff were warm and welcoming very helpful and friendly. Hotel is worth more than 3 star rating, we will definitely return

Although breakfast was a good range of cereals, fresh fruit, lovely range of breads & pastries, the cooked options were a disappointment. Random selections on offer for breakfast such as chicken nuggets, fried onion rings in batter very poor quality bacon, fried peppers with cheesy tomatoes. the sausages were frankfurters so highly processed. Restaurant is lovely and clean, and so it's a shame the food let this down. Also the waiting staff are very eager, go to get a coffee and they have cleared your plate away! One even tried to take my plate while I was still eating!!. The pool bar upstairs is lovely however the barman didn't know how to make a tequila sunrise and I ended up with a terrible cocktail with baileys and some pink sprinkles ugh! But he was very pleasant and always smiling ☺
