Very stylish hotel, great staff. The room was very big. They provide a little snack every day which was sweet. The hotel location is good, near to everything in KLCC but also quiet. The common facilities are maintained well.

The toilet smelled a little bit and overall cleanliness was average. I think next time I would choose a 5 star hotel for the same price.

The pool area is very nice. Room was specious and modern. In walking distance to the malls and nightlife.

Food options in the hotel rather poorly, both times the food was cold.

Only 1 comment: the mattresses were very hard, which really is a shame for such a beautiful and upscale hotel. We would also suggest to raise the temperature in the lobby a bit. It was chilly while very hot outside. 1-2 degrees higher would benefit guests, management and the climate! Another suggestion would be to add a notice anout changing towels: European guests are sensitive about eco-friendliness- no need to change towels everyday unless you put them on the floor.

The staff were warm, friendly and wonderful people. They looked very happy to be working there, it shows in their expressions. The breakfast at the cafe by the lobby was also great, tasty dishes and again great staff. I liked how their philosophy is the homey feeling, we definitely felt like the hotel was just a super big home we were sharing with other guests. The lobby is like a big family room, with a kitchen and cosy dining area. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The bathroom was cute, you have a swivelling door to close either the toilet or shower cubicle. Other than that, Jibby & co has a beautiful establishment right next to the pool on the first floor. The food was delicious, and there’s a good range of options. Shame we didn’t get to try the pool, maybe next time!

The Kloe was a hidden gem, tucked away in a location that you would not expect such a beautiful establishment to reside. The staff were super friendly - in fact even the other guests were very quick to start up a conversation whilst waiting for a ride or when sharing an elevator together. The stylish choices of the facilities fitout, remained constant throughout, contributing to an overall hip and funky vibe. The free package of assorted treats was very much appreciated and the room itself felt homely and welcoming.

Access to the main hotel lobby was tricky for some of the local drivers to find, however this was not an issue when you knew where to go. It would have been nice for the small driveway to maybe have a small sign.

Kloe hotel is a beautiful industrial style hotel in the new part of Bukit Bintang, a few minutes walk from the Exchange TRX shopping centre. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very stylish with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the basket with free local snacks. The TV was Chromecast enabled, which was good and we could play whatever we wanted from our devices. After check-out, it was possible to store your luggage at the front desk and spend time in their pleasant hotel lobby. Would definitely stay again!

We could use more towel racks in the bathroom, there was hardly anywhere to hang them. One night late at night the hot water didn't run, but the next day everything was fine, so we didn't bother with it any further. The swimming pool is nice, but it is quite shallow and the water was perhaps a little too cold when we were there.

This was our first stay in Malaysia and we were completely overwhelmed by the hospitality we experienced. The staff in general, and Eidl in particular, made us felt like we’re just staying over at very close friends. This included a very early check-in (noon instead of the official 3pm), tons of recommendations on where to get drinks and food, booking a massage for us, and generally being super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is very high quality and perfect for lay ins. Rooms a perfect and the pool serves as perfect refreshment to escape the humidity and heat. We would definitely stay here again.

You can really notice it's a very newly built hotel because of the lovely attention to detail design-wise on decoration of the room and common areas. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room is equiped with everything you need (fridge included) including some complementary snacks and cosmetic goods. Wifi was decent and the view from the window was pleasant too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas like the reception lobby and swimming pool are very nice too. The location is very convenient within a short walking distance to the Exchange and Pavillion shopping malls.

The gas station located right in front of the hotel is not the nicest view from the outside but obviously not a problem at all as the hotel is easy to find.

Very stylish and modern Hotel in a central location. Friendly stuff, delicious breakfast, great vibes and nice atmosphere.

Standard rooms are relatively small. Breakfast is a la cart which is nice but there is a choice to make between coffee or a juice. Sorry for the money I would like both. Relatively expensive for KL and therefore not the very best in terms of value for money - it was still nice though. We got asked several times to fill out a feedback form (too many times). When we arrived there was confusion with the room and we were aksed to move rooms after we have already unpacked etc which we declined. All sorted in the end but was not the best check in experience
