The beach is awesome. The staff are the best.

The pools are freezing all day since they are in the shade. The property could do better if they heated them. Had to get up by 6:30 am to claim chairs on the beach.

The staff at the beach and pool are just great! We laid on the beach for hours and they will come pretty often to refill our drinks and even brought us food from the beach restaurant (you are supposed to get it yourself) . The service is A+. The beach also one of the best we have stayed at in Cancun, absolutely calm with no waves, and very little seaweed (which is a huge problem in the Rivera Maya).

The quality of the food is not great, it’s OK, you still find something to eat and won’t starve but it is just average. The same food gets “recycled” from lunch to dinner in the buffet, so you are better off going to any of the other restaurants. Breakfast was great, with a great variety of pastries, and breakfast items.

- We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car. Everyone was polite and we were greeted with champange - The food at the Steakhouse was a 9/10 - The Asian restaurant was a 7/10 - The sports bar was great, especially during the NBA playoffs - The resort itself is beautiful - The beach was nicely kept. The waiters also added a nice touch whenever you needed anything - We had a nice ocean-view room. Those views are priceless. - Water activities are easy to book - I coordinated room decorations with the concierge team (THANK YOU MICHELLE) for my Mr's bday and they knocked it out of the park. - We had an issue in our room (which turned out to be my own user error) and maintenance came quickly to make sure everything was ok. Overall I would stay here again for more than the 2 days we were there. Dreams is always a good idea!

some of the food was very basic and some just wasn't good. We know that comes with the territory for all-inclusive resorts at times, but if we could've changed anything, it would certainly be the items on the room service menu.

Breakfast and service at Patio restaurant is great. Very nice and kind team. People attending at the beach club super!!!!

I was offered an upgrade for a “better” room offering better view amenities such as snacks , bath rope, slippers. There was not even bottles of water, I asked to change room a was not better, everything that was promised never came. I tried 3-4 times during my stay and no one solved.

it was very clean. Room was cleaned and cleaned well when ever I requested. I like all inclusive, with room service. I liked the staff at the pool that bring you drinks and food

I did not like pool closed so early. and Bars. I hated those nasty reusable cups at the bars.. ewe gross. pack your own cup. The food was horrible. They didn’t have guacamole. the choice of food, quality and over taste was bad. Especially in the world cafe. Asian restaurant sushi was good and fish tacos from Mexican restaurant was good as well. I also didn’t like that the entertainment and shows were low-budget, bad. They need to find better entertainment. They also should do some photo walls or murals. They should also provide some board games. like connect four, uno. they should also have movies on the beach night, karaoke. just more options for fun. for all guest

I was apprehensive given the amount of negative reviews but honestly, it was worth every cent. The beach stunning, rooms are clean and spacious. the pool temperature was perfect and the staff are amazing. I honestly wish I were still there and return in a heartbeat. if you’re thinking twice, don’t. definitely visit here!

sometimes the evening entertainment was a little loud when I was trying to have an early night however, it ended by 10pm so it wasn’t too annoying.

Amazing beach, great quality of food, delicious drinks, entertainment, kids club, super friendly staff - everything met our expectations and even more except for size of the room, but it is.

The bar does not serve any good quality alcohol even though they have some on the bar when you ask for it they will tell you they "just" run out of it. The cocktails does not contain any alcohol even you ask for. You would not see anyone drunk the whole week in even though everyone is "drinking" all day long

Do not take reservations in the onsite restaurants. DOA operators was manipulative attempting to gain s approval for unwanted services.
