It is clean and it was really quite for an airport hotel . The hotel is not anymore directly connected to airport as terminal 1 and 3 are closed , that airport is not used . Terminal A is in fact a totally new airport and you will need to take the hotel bus , not poasible to walk .

-just the fact that if you arrive some minutes after hour and 25 min ( when the hotel bus is leaving ) you need to wait from the next shuttle bus next hour . It can be tiring after many hours of flight or if you have not a very long period between the flights .

Everything was pleasant; however, I mistakenly booked a hotel under the impression that it was located within the airport premises. It's worth noting that Abu Dhabi now operates from the new airport terminal, Terminal A. Consequently, I kindly request that the hotel, in coordination with the booking site, update the information to reflect that the hotel is no longer situated within the airport. Instead, guests should be advised to take a hotel bus or taxi to reach the accommodation.

Quiet room, clean, good bed, nice restaurant with good food, very pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle to new terminal.

Firstly, that I had to book 2 nights in order to stay for 1 day from 0600 to 2300. The shower - annoying curtain rather than glass/perspex panel made showering uncomfortable. complimentary in-room coffee enough for one cup only.

Booking.com Should upgrade about the location of the hotel as Terminal 1 & 3 at AUH is closed so it’s not walking distance from the new Terminal A Second the price should be the same as booking time not increase as the customer has already given the credit card details to secure the booking.

For our short ( 22) hour rest stop after a 14-hour flight, we wanted an affordable, modest but clean and comfortable hotel room close to the airport. The Premier Inn provides all these things and more, e..g. roof top pool (!), good restaurant and Cafe (tasty offerings), and friendly, helpful manager and staff. Our room had a very comfortable double bed and an adjoining couch-bed, good air-conditioning. So we enjoyed our sleep and rest-over very much before heading back to the airport. The hotel's free shuttle bus runs every half-hour for the 15-minute drive from and to the airport.

I have only one suggestion - since transit passengers may arrive and leave at all hours of the day, it would be preferable if the hotel offered a few different 24-hour check-in and check-our time slots, to allow earlier or later check-ins without having to pay an extra charge. However, I understand that this can incur extra room cleaning costs for the hotel by having staff working at non-standard hours.

when i arrived and asked for helper to carry my luggage they said that they have nobody I have to carry them by myself which is a weired cause it is my first time to get in a hotel and no luggage helper. when the security guy saw me as a lady and i don't know how to push the trolley he helped me, and many thanks to him, but when i checked out last day i have to go down to hotel entrance to take the trolley and go back to upper floor and carry the stuff and luggage and go down and out between car parking put my stuff in my car and go back again to return the trolley and all the way the trolley was swinging left and right. i thought its the policy of the hotel, but i have been in same hotel in Dubai and there was a helper

-Not walkable from airport -bad design by new airport no hotels on site like other international airports -Shuttle bus only hourly

Impeccable services. Anything I called and asked for, I got it within a few minutes. Arun, the front end staff was very warm and friendly welcoming us and also during checkout time. I asked for the extra bed to be ready and they were ready for me! There shuttle driver who was an elderly man was also kind and help us with the bags. (The younger one was not helpful) The main reason for choosing this hotel was the free shuttle as it saves a lot if you are in transit. I hope they will keep this service running.

Although it helps that it is near the airport, there is literally nothing surrounding this hotel so you have to order food delivery unless you have money to eat at the hotel. It would be nice to have eateries within walking distance.

Location was ok not too far from the airport but still not as close as it looks on map, need to take taxi or shuttle bus (which was mini bus so not enough room for everyone) we didn’t fit in so needed to take a taxi because we didn’t want to wait for it another 45minutes or hour. But hotel nice clean we have had dinner buffet still and everything was fresh and tasty and lot of choices for everyone. Swimming pool on top of the roof also ok size and really relaxing after long walks. Overall good experience and perfect for transfers between flights and short stay.

Nothing around the hotel so need to get a taxi to go anywhere for shopping, haircuts, pharmacy etc.

Highly functional hotel. Quiet, easy access to AUH, free shuttles to airport and downtown, excellent but spendy breakfast. Gym and rooftop pool area nice. It is really a no-brainer if you are on business, and are using AUH. There are a fleet of taxis there in case you need backup to get to the airport if you somehow can't figure out how to use their very frequent shuttle to the airport. Decent price point for the convenience factor. One more thought, it would also be a excellent choice if you use AUH as a transit stop when travleing international and you have a 8-15 hours layover. Could easily catch some sleep and return fairly easily. Especially if your checked-in luggage stays in the system. The airport is modern and straightforward so easy in and out. Also the Louvre-Abu Dhabi is extremely well done (not THE Louvre but a good place to visit) and Nouvel's architectural design of the structure was impressive. It was 101F and in the common area beneath the massive Dome was cooled by winds blowing off the water. It was a field day for all the people who love sending Instagram and TikTok photos of them dressed to nines and having wind blowing dramatically through their hair. I think some of them spent more time in the center of the dome area than in the museum proper.

Not a negative but if you are in Abu Dhabi for downtown business or tourist activities this might be distant from the city. But again, many taxis are available -both at the hotel and in Abu Dhabi proper. It was costing me 24-19 US dollars and 20-30 minutes to go back and forth to the Marina Mall and Louvre sites.
