I would like to commend the reception staff specially Ms. Gharam for her attention to detail and a very nice welcoming. all staff made sure that my room well-stocked, and they were always happy to provide me with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received at the Fairmont Hotel reception. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Perfection. From the moment I walked in till I left, everything was perfect, even the reception staff, everything was tailor-made for you. The room service was very quick. The cleanness and smell of the room are extraordinary and refreshing. I was also lucky to have been met by Gharam at the reception. Her smile and eagerness to help and serve were exceptional. She even upgraded me to a suite that was out of this world. I walked into the hotel very tired, and by the time I reached my room after 4 minutes (thats how long i had to wait before i was given my room keys), the tiredness had evaporated that was undone by her smile and her pleasent self.

Absolutely nothing

The staff were very attentive to details. Yusef from the reception helped as and gave us a room with a nice view of Sheikh Zayed Road. Breakfast was amazing. Bandeep was always checking on us if we need anything. Mina and Yamin were very helpful during breakfast because they were helping us from our requests. They have a nice spread of breakfast, we loved it. Also, the location is very near to Dubai tourist attractions (burj khalifa, dubai mall, museum of the future) and the location of the hotel is near the World Trade Metro Station, it is very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, big enough for my toddler to run around.

It truly contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was enjoying breakfast at the main restaurant. I was thrilled to find a wide range of choices available, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining experience was consistently enjoyable. Furthermore, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their friendly demeanour added a welcoming touch to my stay. Their genuine curiosity and willingness to assist created a positive and memorable experience. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall high quality of the hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the comfortable and clean accommodation, the abundance of breakfast choices, and the friendly and helpful service all contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a remarkable hospitality experience.

Gharam masala was so Kind to me.She told she comes from land of the Nafal titi, Cleopatra and The Great River Nile. The Hotel in Very Nice atmosphere,I liked your Breakfast.The Room big Clean. The staff were very friendly and Kind.I will Book again in my Next visit.

Amazing room in a superb location. Deependra at the reception ensured a smooth check-in; Gharam was too kind during check-out. Teddy helped us with the bags with a smile and Avinash provided us with towels and water whenever we requested in the middle of the night. The staff was accommodating to the presence of the baby.

The bathroom sink clogged couple of times but the maintenance staff fixed it right away.

The level of neatness of the rooms and especially the kind of excellent reception from Ms. Gharam from the front desk was out of this world.

No bad experience.
