No room service even though advertised as available Staff would forget to actually put in an order I placed for pickup, happened more than once Breakfast staff unhelpful, I recommend grabbing a cup of juice inside or you may die of thirst. Second time I wasn't offered drinks, it was actually our entire side of the room waiting for wait service to order coffee and water (cannot be grabbed yourself). I had to go get a manager so we could all have our drink orders taken

Thank you Harbour Club for an amazing stay. We had a great check-in, being greeted with a rum punch which is just what we needed! The staff were so personable, kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was incredible clean and our rooms were beautifully attended to. We hand the breakfast package, and the food was delicious with such a great variety of options to choose from. A special shout out to Pricsilla, who was our waitress for breakkie, she was so attentive and went above an beyond. Also, a special thanks Ginette King who made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Harbor Club. The staff was excellent across the board. We arrived several hours before regular check-in and they worked to make our room available right away. When we had questions about the gym, their restaurants, and the pool, each person was friendly and helpful. Setting up taxi rides to nearby locations as well as to Vieux Fort airport was super easy. Every staff member we encountered was truly friendly and actively looked for ways to help. Thanks to Arthur, Shobana, Ashville, Nikita, Jamal, and Tonya! Thanks to them we always felt well taken care of. The onsite restaurants were wonderful for breakfast. We enjoyed Julia’s continental buffet: fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapefruit), cheeses, breads and pastries, deli meats, oatmeal, waffles, smoked salmon, and juices (orange and sorrel). They also had a hot bar with more food options for an additional cost. We also loved their 7th Heaven restaurant (omelets, pancakes, waffles, etc., and even the local saltfish dish). The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, outdoor balcony overlooking the harbor was breathtaking, and the pools were large. The onsite gym was also large with many different machines and a wide assortment of free weights. It’s not a long walk from the hotel to beaches, malls, or the Friday Street party (15-20 minutes) … but it’s not an easy walk due to the lack of sidewalks in many parts.

I wish Saint Lucia invested in more sidewalks.

I had been on a sail boat across the Atlantic. Checking in here was like paradise. Close to marina, food exceptional especially the sashimi by Ricardo. Pool fab. The friendly staff just made it a joy.

Breakfast good - choice of fruit and yoghurts could be better. Also no decaf coffee available. Also limited on herbal teas. Dinners we had were all very good however no wine list - told only wines by the glass available.

Shampoos etc not checked/replenished. No water station at all in the hotel. Robes but no slippers.

We had a very spacious, comfortable room with stunning views over the pool and marina. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. There was a nice range of restaurants, the pizza bar by the pool was great, and the bakery was a wonderful addition for snacks and homemade cakes. The pool was stunning and the perfect place to relax.

A water filter in reception would have been great so we wouldn't have needed plastic water bottles in our room.

The pools are fantastic (lots of shallow areas for little ones) and the outside spaces are kept immaculately clean. the breakfast and pool staff are excellent and really friendly.

Our room was only cleaned every second day, which wasn’t ideal as we were travelling with a baby so had dirty nappies on the bins for 48 hours. When we arrived we were given the wrong kind of room and the travel cot we had booked wasn’t available (this was sorted out the following day.)

The staff are delightful in this hotel, and this wsa fundamental to our enjoyment of the stay. The swimming pools were very well laid out, fun to be in, and attractive. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Reduit Bay is within walking distance, but the best way to leave and return to the hotel is from it's private pontoon next door to Rodney Bay marina. Our favourite day out was to be collected from the hotel by water taxi and dropped at Pigeon Island, and returned again by boat at the end of the day.

Very little. I think perhaps the interior hotel lighting in the bars and restaurants could be slightly cosier which would improve the ambience at in the evening. However, during our stay the weather was very nice, and we were able to eat outside every evening.

This is a fabulous hotel. Decent sized rooms with gorgeous bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and marina which was fabulous in the evenings with a glass of wine. Breakfast was great. Short walk to the marina which has great places to eat.

For some, the fact that it’s not beachfront might be an issue but you can walk to the beach in 20 minutes or drive in 5 minutes. This wasn’t a problem for us as the hotel and pool were so fab. There was nothing not to like.

The location was fantastic with close access to the mall and to Rodney Harbor. The staff was the best we’ve ever experienced. They were very attentive and accommodating to us. I had requested a special decoration for the room and they executed beautifully!

The restaurant prices were a bit higher than I thought they should’ve been so we ended up eating at other nearby restaurants within walking distance.
