I was not expecting this facility to be as exquisite as I found it to be. The room was VERY clean and the decor is lovely complete with a large mini fridge and microwave!!! The FRESH breakfast is a delicious addition to the hotel and adds to the overall experience!!! I would love to make this my "go to" hotel chain as I found my local hotel in College Park, GA perfect!!

The bedframe. I found the bedframe to be a bit unaccommodating of larger framed people. I found the frame to sound as if it were breaking on me AND it is a bit too low for tall folks. May I ask that the housekeeping department take time to defrost the mini fridges as the freezer in mine was in need of defrosting.

"Suite" was really just a larger room with a sofa. There was broken car glass in the parking area - not sure how secure it is.

The inside of the hotel was very clean, as well as the room. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I thought on the whole the remodeling of the hotel on the inside was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast for the most part but thought there could've been more variety. It was a very convenient location for us because we had family nearby. I would definitely stay again.

I thought the outside grounds, garbage area and back area of the hotel were dirty and in disarray. The parking was difficult because at times there weren't enough spaces. There were not many things I didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to the airport, provided a shuttle, staff were pleasant and efficient, room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. I had an unexpected layover in Atlanta and chose this hotel Based on price. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the restaurant was still open when I arrived at midnight, and I was able to Get a warm sandwich, which I very much needed after having been on an airplane most of the day. The shuttle starts running at 5 AM and the free breakfast starts at 6 AM.

A young lady named Cherea! 🎉🔥💪 She was the only representative at the main desk. Not only was she assisting one person, but two at the computers while assisting another one the side, and receiving payment from a store section on the opposite side. She smiled, was professional, and friendly the entire time. This is the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. This young lady needs a raise and a promotion. The whole time, Miss Cherea was in a tight to use the restroom. I informed Miss Cherea I would gladly wait for her return. No one should ever hold their bladder for any reason due to causing further damage to themselves. After check-in, the line was still growing and handled by Miss Cherea.This young lady knows what great customer service is and needs to train all hotels. Please do not overlook Miss Cherea. She is a valuable asset. 🔑Also, please get more staff at night, so Miss Cherea will not get burned out. 💯✅️🎯

Maybe more signage in the room about the amenities in the cabinet (Didn't know until afterward with another family member's room).

This was great room for what we needed-- a night to sleep and recover from jetlag. Lots of towels, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Lots of plugs for charging. Hairdryer. Waffles for breakfast.

However, arriving at the International terminal meant it was farther away than expected. From looking at the map, I expected to be able to take the shuttle directly to the hotel. But actually, from the international terminal, you have to take a shuttle (to the domestic side?) to get to the hotel shuttles. Really inconvenient when you are tired and jetlagged and there's a long line at the shuttle. Ended up taking a taxi to this hotel--it was $30 with a tip and a $12 airport surcharge. Also-- coffee not good. Tried to make tea but there was something other than hot water in the pot labelled 'hot water' ? More bad coffee?

Breakfast was great.

I put my partner name on the check in so he wouldn't have any issues checking in. I place my card on file so he could just check in with the kids it was 1130pm they just drove 6hrs to get me from ATL airport. He got there and the front desk wouldn't allow him to use the card on file and he had to pay for the room himself. What is the point of the card on file if it's not going to be used to charge the room unless we specified to change the card.

Everything was perfect for an overnight stay. Staff was accommodating and hospitable. The hotel smelled clean and looked clean even from the outside. The room exceeded my expectations for the price I paid! It was spacious, extremely clean, and The bed felt like I had found a perfect cloud to lie down on. A very unconventional continental breakfast was served. Pretty decent foods. I caught the shuttle to airport and got there on time. I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy. Without a second thought I'd book again.

Breakfast was great enjoy the new restaurant/bar area. Staff was very friendly and helpful every time I come to Ga I stay here and the staff is away helpful no matter the time or day I check in. So, need in saying when I return to Ga a will be rebooking with this establishment.

Everything was great. I absolutely have no complaints about anything I stay here every time I come to Ga, and I come very often. Sadly, there is nothing I can say negative about this establishment. My kids had a great stay as well no lond noises in the hall or other rooms.

Airport shuttle service included in the price; the room was comfortable and had a simple elegance to it; breakfast included eggs; the welcoming staff, breakfast staff and shuttle driver were kind and efficient. This was all very welcoming after a delayed flight (due to weather). I had to book the room at the last minute, and was glad to find one available as many flights left passengers stranded in Atlanta for a night.

Personally, I would have liked the instructions on booking.com to clearly state that I would need to call for a shuttle from the airport instead of simply wait for one.
