Quick response to any concerns. I didn’t like the first room and went to front desk. I was assisted right away to my new room no longer than 10 mins. Staffs are very friendly and rooms are very spacious. Very good place for travelers. Their pet fee is 5 dollar lower than all other hotels around town. 20 usd. I will definitely recommend staying here

Carpet needs cleaning but i really didnt mind.

The outside of the property is terrible. The grounds are not kept. The buildings need to be painted on the outside. The inside of the room was excellent. Very impressed for the price paid.

I was not informed about the 100 dollars deposit prior to me getting on site. The length of time to refund my deposit is too long. 3-6 days is much too long. I should be refunded within 24 hours of checkout.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice and very accommodating.

The AC was a little bit of a challenge at first but a guy came and worked on it and then it was fine

That there was a crack head mother with three toodles above us! She kept coming to our room and apologizing. We wondered why she left the little ones alone

The property is definitely dated but it was clean and the staff was great. The pool was perfect. The room was spacious and clean.

Got a free upgrade to a suite froma. Regular room definitely worth the price gear location. Close to Eastside

If you want on the East side of Wichita is was good. The beds were amazing! The kitchen area was okay but felt like they could have provided soap to wash dishes by hand. Overall for for the short stay is was fine.

It needs a facelift on the exterior of the units as well as as the tub in our unit. If staying longer I would not have used the tub/shower. It looked as if it had rust in the bottom.

Loved all the space! We were able to have family meet us there and didn’t have to worry about not having enough room to visit. Two rooms we rented were way more then enough for our family!

Traveled with a family member who was in town for surgery and my request for a ground floor was ignored and when we got there it was two flights of stairs he had to use to get to his room. Not handicap friendly for sure.

I loved the apartment style set up of the room! I’ve been on a 2 week trip from coast to coast, covering 14 states and stayed in many hotels. I have to say that this room was my favorite and wished I had more time to spend there!

The only way it could’ve been better would have been if they had a first floor room available, but it was a last minute rental for me.

Certainly not the staff's fault but 5 mins. before check-in a violent storm knocked out the power. After driving 500 miles we waited in the car for another hour for service to be restored.
