Everything throughout was very very clean and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable especially considering breakfast is included. The breakfast is the best I ever had at a hotel. Truly a full hit breakfast: omelettes, toast, pancakes, turkey sausage, sausage with gravy and biscuits, fresh cinnamon rolls, juices, coffee, cereal, milk yogurt, apples, bananas and oranges. The woman working it was very welcoming and did an excellent job!

There was a child/children upstairs that were jumping and running past 10pm and again earning the morning. We should have called the front desk, but I had thought they must be able to hear it too and would take care of it. I will call the desk the next time. They could also have had better sound barriers between floors.

The check-in/check-out was the smoothest and fastest I have ever encountered and that was with people ahead of me. The staff was exceptional! This is the first hotel I have stayed where all staff were so attentive, pleasant and willing to help no matter what age/years of experience. The space is the room was comfortable. There were several places to sit and relax other than the beds themselves. Although we never used the tv, it was a decent size and was able to accommodate the different areas of the room for viewing pleasure. The breakfast offered several options including accommodations for different dietary needs. There were several options for acquiring food/beverages that not only deliver right to the hotel door but there was also a restaurant within the hotel parking lot featuring djs and live music. The pool was small enough that the children were comfortable and relaxed.

Unfortunately the pancake machine was broken which was a big seller for the kids however, there were so many other great options they didn’t seem to mind. The elevator is a little slow.

Breakfast was great. The location was great. Just a clean overall stay.

The bathroom mirror light was not working. The front desk person, who was a part time person you can tell questioned me why it wasn't on. So I brought her to room. She understood me then and offered me another room. I said we will survive.

I loved a lot about this property! The location was great! There were different places you could travel to and it wasn’t far from places like schenectady and the Van Gogh museum. Breakfast was excellent! The staff worked hard to keep everything hot, fresh, and full! The room was so spacious and inviting! The TV was a bit small for the room but I never even turned it on so it wasn’t an issue! Everything was so comfortable and thought out layout wise! The indoor pool was small but it was just enough to enjoy on a day with nothing planned! Best hotel stay I’ve had in a while! Thank you!

The staff was absolutely amazing. It was clean, even when other guests were rude to the employees. They were so professional and so polite that it was quite amazing. You don’t always see that.

So it’s a little bit kind of off the beaten path to get to, but that’s a very minor with how amazing the day was

Price was great! Wonderful hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Only thing that happened-our door was a little finicky and our room key didn't work on the first try regularly. Could take up to 5-8 tries to get it to work. The ladies at the front desk knew it too. We told them our key didn't work at first and she came up to the room with us. After some tries we got it to work. Something we had to work with on our stay, but nothing horrendous.

Clean, convenient, safe. Cheerful staff. Restaurant next door. Lots of close-in parking. Marie in the breakfast area opened 2 hours early with exceptional kindness, cleanliness and smiles. What a wonderful gift to early travelers and contractors.

A bit worn here and there.

The room was very well designed and in excellent condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. The entire area felt very safe. The hotel was very quiet.

The bathroom lights were very bright. If you get up at night to use the bathroom, it shocks your eyes. There is no dimmer switch or separate switch to get just one light.

Breakfast was excellent. Do NOT miss the cinnamon buns that they make. INCREDIBLE. The eggs/omelets and all else were great. Nice variety to choose from.

We corrugated in the lobby/breakfast area with several couple from our party as well as other parties that were staying at the hotel and were told to hold it down at around 9pm on a Saturday night. The quiet time was stated as 10pm and we thought it was odd we were approached. We were just laughing loudly... but that is a small complaint. Overall GREAT STAY!

I was in an accessible room. The shower head is old and doesn't stay where you attempt to place it; it needs some attention. Also the table lamp doesn't work: faulty switch. These things make the accessible room unacceptable.
