The room was quiet and clean. The TV was easy to use once we figured out how to change channels. The price was great for what we got. The housekeeping and front desk people were fantastic, even though you could tell one or two of the housekeepers didn't speak English well. They got a supervisor to talk to me. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting stale muffins or fake meat, but we had real sausages, scrambled eggs, and a variety of cereals, beverages, as well as the muffins and breads. There was also a waffle maker and yogurt. I used the business center, which was quiet, and the fitness room, also quiet and well appointed.

The bed was on the firm side. I loved it, my spouse did not. There was poor lighting in the main room. Only two lamps on the far end and the nightstand had tiny gooseneck lights. Some of the dresser drawers were broken (room 230). The sheet was a bit threadbare, but clean. For the price, I was expecting worn bedding. I would definitely stay here again, because of the value and good experience. I felt safe walking around the parking lot and outside to the mall across the street.

This hotel had everything a family would want. The online check in process was easy and quick. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We even enjoyed many hours at the pool/slides. Which was a great way to run off extra energy from sitting in the car most of the day. Woke up to a great breakfast and staff that greeted us.

I stayed two different nights at the Comfort Inn, and the hostess/check-in lady was wonderful! She was kind, polite, and amicable, even though a man checking in before me was not.

Kids running through the halls, screaming, knocking on doors, etc. Kids' behaviors but tough after driving for 12 hours.

The customer service was friendly. The pool area was grand. Our room was comfortable and quiet.The lobby was welcoming.

The breakfast area needed a bit of attention. The eggs and sausage were a bit on the cold side. The orange juice was more so sunny d. We watched a beetle scramble around until losing sight of it.

Our kids always have a blast here. The pool area is one of the best in Bismarck. The rooms are tidy and clean. You are centrally located in Bismarck which is a plus. The continental breakfast is also one of the best in town.

No bar, no restaurant. However, the closest bar is just across the parking lot (shady at night) in the sister hotel.

Friendly staff

The pool areas need some work and cleaning. You can clearly see mold on the slides and in areas of the pool. Rooms could use one TLC our bathtub has chips in it and the door looks like it’s seen better days. the tool cards didn’t work properly.

The breakfast was good. They had a little different variety each morning which was nice. They had a good selection that appealed to the kids as well as the adults.

1 of 2 waterslides was not functioning during the first night of our stay however I'm sure the sub 0 temps had something to do with it. It would not deter me from staying there again. The hotel did not seem to have any rooms that had two queen beds available. Maybe they were all booked but only rooms with 1 king were available.

The room was very clean.

I didn't like that my room wasn't ready by check in time. And the front desk lady was rude about it. I called the day prior to going down there to make sure my room would be ready. As we were in Bismarck for my 2 year olds doctors appointment. And she made us wait another hour before her GM came to the front and demanded she get me into a room. Other than that it was a good stay.

The check in hostess was wonderful. The breakfast was yucky (eggs and sausages) but seems to be typical for most hotels/motels.

Motel seemed well maintained and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and friendly.

Everything was good. Snow on parking lot but they were doing there best to get it clear so that’s all a person can ask.
