I'm a simple gal. This was exactly what I needed. We were attending NC State parent's weekend and we just needed a place to sleep. Staff were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and coffee/hot tea was always available.

It was a little bit further from NC State than we preferred, but the trade off is there were tons of great restaurants. There was a Wegman's and a Trader Joe's close by too. The hotel is dated and could use some sprucing up.

This location exceeded my expectations because the quality of service equals that of a luxury hotel—from the front desk reps to the housekeeping staff. Great job to the entire staff!

My key card needed reprogramming a few days in succession, even though I kept it isolated from my cell and key fob; but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker.

Comfort Inn was perfect for our long NYE weekend! It is about 3 miles from downtown and super accessible from the freeway. The staff at check-in was warm and welcoming. The breakfast provided was nice enabling us to have something before departing the hotel. The hotel is very plain, not super updated, but the price for the value was great! It worked well for us when we just needed a place to sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the area.

I like that is was clean and they had breakfast I had orginally booked the extended stay around the corner looked at it and cancelled to book one here because of the appearance

I didn't like that my fridge was not working but it was replaced and the hot water was not hot at times when I wanted to take a shower had to wait and 5th floor outside hallways where hot but other than that I was fine

Located in midtown, close to grocery stores, gas stations, and plenty of things to do. My friends and I were there for a concert at The Ritz, which wasn't far. There are some breweries nearby, too. The staff were kind, the room was clean with everything you would need, and there was a fridge in the room. I will be staying here when visiting Raleigh.

Everything was very clean, the staff were nice, and even the breakfast was pretty good.

There wasn’t anything that stood out to me that I didn’t like about the hotel. Maybe the only thing was the TVs reception wasn’t the best but I didn’t even watch tv other than when we first got there.

Great value for money, just a 15 drive downtown so very good accessibility. Lots of shops and groceries and restaurants at walking distance. Breakfast included, very useful.

location was very close to a venue we were visiting very clean friendly customer service price was a bit steep but was the only hotel who had a room in the area after we searched for over 2 hours i would stay again!!!!

the price is the only down fall it was a bit steep but in all it was very clean and the customer service was amazing they were sooo nice and the building was soooo pretty in the dining area rooms were very nice aswell so i guess it outweighs the price

Breakfast can use some up grades and more fruit options and maybe some egg condiments (salsa, cheese, boiled eggs) maybe a already made hot cereal ( grits, Oatmeal). Trouble with heating system in room had to be really hot or cold
