Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming, with cookies and lemonade. I appreciated the only way to get up the elevator is with a room key!

The food was horrible!!!!!! I tried different items. The sausage looked light gray, and the eggs were rubbery. The juice was watered down! This was the only thing that would keep me from coming next time I'm in the area.

We didn't have breakfast.

The only thing we didn't care for was pets around breakfast areas. I don't mind that the hotel is pet friendly I just feel that guess should not have pets near the food.

Nicely decorated and the set up was nice. Bathrooms were nice I loved the shampoos and conditioners and lotion and soap dispensers and the beds were very comfy. The employees were nice as well.

My AC didn’t work well even after I made the front desk aware of it. I didn’t like the pool was closed at 7pm. I thought that was too early.

Loved the options at breakfast, bed was comfortable and room spacious. The texture on the accessible bars made showering free of anxiety.

The handle of the hand-shower head wasn't on tight enough and water was coming of of it 6 directions. Opted not to use it.

I loved the breakfast enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness it smells new my kids were having a hard time sleeping so we went downstairs and played a couple games in the lobby to get them tired the kids loved the pool as well and staff was amazing ❤️

Nothing everything was great .

Location was close to many attractions, not by walking distance but through car (<10mins), breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, coffee, juice, pancakes, bagels, donut, etc).

Front desk was fine best service was from night shift, many aren’t friendly or even speak here but night shift associates were great. Customer service in the area sucked, I’m from out of the Midwest area and my expeditions of a southern welcome or even like home feeling with people was definitely not met. Everyone seemed to have an attitude, road rage, rude, etc.

AC worked amazing, room was spacious, tv was a smart tv, staff great, breakfast selection was nice !!

The only negative thing about our stay was the overwhelming smell of stale smoke when we first walked into our room, and the beds. It faded of course, but was gross to walk into. The bed was a little bit springy. Woke up sore .

We liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was simple, & kid friendly as was the hotel. We were in town for a family event. The outdoor pool was very small, & can see that it will be crowded when the weather warms up. The hotel has very similar characteristics of an ALOFT.

There was loud fan noise coming from the ceiling in the bathroom that ran constantly. It was very annoying, & It was difficult to sleep. .

No ice buckets in the room. We were there for many days. Breakfast was sub-par- gravitates toward the bananas and peanut butter. My Son said oatmeal was good. Sheets were super soft and amazing. Cleaning staff were nice and helpful.

The breakfast area was a huge disappointment. When the main feature of breakfast needs to be cooked by the guests, it becomes very congested and chaotic. Perhaps rethink having a pancake machine or at least moving it somewhere else. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many people crammed around the pancake machine, we couldn't even see what else was offered.
