Yes the Hotel is everything you need but you pay for it as i have notice it's getting more and more expensive everytime i return ..

Amazing location and friendly staff

We couldn't use our All Accor membership because of booking through this website, which meant we missed some points. Our family had a much better price for an identical room and they could get breakfast included, while we paid more for the room and had to get breakfast separately. For this hotel it seems like it would pay to check the price on different platforms.

I have been to Thailand 5 times and I never knew that there was a hotel within walking distance to the airport (Not that you need to walk. They have multiple shuttles were the hotel drivers transport you straight to your terminal) Very friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces and always ready to help you with anything you need. This hotel provides a stress free / traffic free way to make your flight in/out of Bangkok or as a place to stay for a lay-over as they offer hourly rates as well. The other huge perk is that they offer each guess "Flexi" which automatically give you a 24 hours stay. So if you check in at 10 am you have until 10 am the next day to check out. The spa was amazing! My husband and I opted for the 2.5 hour couple package that included a Thai massage, a head and neck shoulder massage with a coconut oil hair treatment, and a milk honey bath. It was the best massage I have every had in my life! They were respectful and treated us very well. I will be staying here every trip to Thailand from now on.

The hallways to the rooms could use a bit of paint.

The hotel is connected to BKK by an underground walkway, which is also a train station (called the Airport Rail Link). It is very convenient to get from the airport to the hotel simply be walking maybe 400 meters, but if you have a lot of luggage this is not really practical. I took the hotel shuttle which is located on Level 2 (the arrival level) at door #4. There's a kiosk there. It's staffed 24 hours. You can't miss it.

The hotel had restaurants and other kinds of shops but not a small convenience shop for snacks and such. It's location is very near the airport in a nice but underdeveloped area, so convenience stores and non-hotel restaurants are not there yet. Or, if they are, I couldn't find them. The airport has plenty of these types of places or you could just take the train towards town and find millions of them.

Breakfast was wonderful, the restaurants there were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool and I had a massage. The cleanliness is outstanding.

When I first booked I was told I would have a room with a single bed. It seems you have a lot of them. There were only rooms with a single bed or with a King bed. I don't need a KING bed but would just like a double bed. The increase in cost was really big just to have a bigger bed than single. I didn't think that was fair. Then when I was given the room with the King bed there were workman working nearby. I was to have a long flight that left at midnight and needed to sleep most of the afternoon and wouldn't have been able to sleep with workmen banging near me. Fortunately the lovely staff changed my room. Thank you

Friendly staff, location, easy to find the shuttle service, staff at the entrance were so helpful with the shuttle to the airport and also helping me find a taxi. Just really great service from the staff, everyone so lovely. The breakfast was interesting 😅 quite a variety of choices so something to suit everyones diet. I love the 24 hours check in and check out, that was a pleasant surprise. I loved the pool area.

My only constructive feedback would be that a little maintenance is needed at the pool, but honestly it didn't affect how lovely our stay was. I'll be using this hotel every time I fly to BKK.

An airport Hotel. Most commonly, an airport Hotel is a quick stay, no frills, does the purpose and move on to either catching the next day flight or onwards journey. This hotel, Novotel I was speechless! I couldn't fault it. Free..yes free airport shuttle bus to and from. Finding the area in bkk is a matter of finding and asking locals who are very willing to help. It's a very quick 10 min trip, but excellent service. Utterly stunning inside the 4 star. The room was very good, ground floor but pool side, unexpected how close it was..pool is nice, not really heated, but this is Thailand! Plenty of eateries inside the grounds from a sports bar to fine dining. Shops too. If you need a very near by Hotel, willing to spend a tad more for the convenience, then I hope reading this hasn't mislead you.

Didn't stay long enough..but really fir myself, nothing was bad. For others, yes, the constant noise if aircrafts taking off, landing...but...it's right next to the airport, literally. Also, for others, it may be too expensive...but..ok, drag all your belongings, suitcases, and kitchen sink into the city for the one night stay or two, just to save maybe a 3rd or half the price...and getting back to the airport..maybe no free transfer or this and that. You have to look at the pros and cons.

The staff were all freindly, and kind. Even offering me a wheelchair when I attempted to get out of a taxi, it was one of those high rise things. I just slid out of it onto the floor it was about 2/3 feet up. I did manage to land on my feet.

The price I personally thought was a little high. I think that £5.00 for 2 bottles of still mineral water especially as though were only small was a little on the high side. The fish and chips I thougt were a little bit too expensive...

Decent hotel with really nice communal areas, good restaurants, nice spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.

The corridors were a bit worn and there was a mouldy smell there, and a little bit in the rooms themselves.
