Lovely family holiday, couldn’t fault anything.

Slight niggles, not complaints: 1. The lift in 5000 area. Everyday there was 1 if not both not working. 2. The food was great but I would suggest maybe that one area perhaps had a different theme per day of week as the food became monotonous eg Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Japanese and French or British. 3. The A la carte should have different food than the buffet or else there’s no point. 4. Snacks- Apart from ice cream and nuts there were none. It would have been good to have crisps for example. 5. Music around pool was too loud in daytime

Someone has peed in the pool in front of the people ,, we told the observer and he said it is ok no problem !!!!!

Very nice resort with wonderfull service staff.

A lot of noise from door slaming, too loud music till late in night, guests talking laud and screaming kids on hallways. Hotel should put signs to be quiet and adjust door closures to close it slowly without slamming doors. Also Reception needs to be more polite at check in and show the map as well as explain how to get to the room and not just say wait for bellboy and its not my job.

a great stay with great facilities apart from customer service. good food variety for my family atleast. close to airport and kupakizi transfers take 400 lira one way for pick an drops.

there were no life guards at the beach side and my son almost drowned but thanks to a random guest things were in control. second day, my wife’s phone fell in water and she was out of contact as I was not there with her on the trip. I tried to contact customer service/ guest relations and they were of no help at all, given the circumstances they even didn’t bother to send a small note of emergency contacts to my wife in the room. thanks to the girls at kids club, who helped her getting in contact with me after 4 hrs.

The property was having a nice buildings , very clean rooms , excellent housekeeping services . There is showers everywhere and water fridges and bars everywhere. Food was good and had everything.

I didn’t like the beach that much , the water wasn’t very clean and not clear , snacks wasn’t available only desserts in certain hours . The desserts wasnt cold enough mybe cause it was a bit crowded . I didn’t like that from 2 untill 7 there was no food . Uber weren’t allowed so u have to take taxis that charges in euro , to go to downtown u have to pay 75 euro

Great amenities and entertainment program. Food is exceptional. Huge swimming pool. Perfectly clean.

Very noisy until midnight, especially in the rooms that are close to the Kremlin - the next hotel. If you come with small kids it might be a serious problem to make them fall asleep. Hermetic windows don't help. Another issue was with a mattress, it felt too soft and cheap

Fantastic and beautiful hotel with its own beach front and big-big pool. Great and hardworking staff to fulfil all your needs. Great food choice. Non stop entertainment. "Luxury" beach side with lots of sunbeds and private bungalow. Great for families and kids.

Way too many kids. Don`t recommend this place if you want to rest with your partner or rest in general. Its like a nursery. Constant kid screaming, crying, shouting from morning till late. I guess they main income are families what is understandable. Air conditioned dining area is always congested. You can eat in the sweaty 40C or walk around 15-25 minutes with your food in hand till someone maybe finish their food. its far from everything. Even if you want a short walk in the old town its a 30-40 minute drive or an expensive taxi. 40£ish one way only. Same for the airport.

- [ ] They have many activities on the same time as it is for adults babies kids & teens. And they are experts like non stop of activity. For me i like the gym morning , yoga , pilates, bunge fitness and the coatch were amazing Also the food was super amazing and the food like a 24 hours non-stop the bed was comfortable if you have a plan to visit Antalya so you need to stay at this hotel around 3 to 5 nights then you can continue your trip because in this resort your day is full of joy I took a garden family room with 2 bedroom.The rooms is a little bit small, but the balacony where amazing but the all the day we was out of the room even the Tv we didnt turn it on, my two kids 11 and 12 they thank me for choosing this hotel, and they are keeping telling me that the Swandor is the best hotel every day they do a special event as a foam party or game pool or pool shows you can know the days from their site or instgram . The musice at the pool was amazing also thanks swansor topkabi team for made our 3 night special 👏🏻❤️

The resort was great and very family friendly. Rooms were comfortable and food options were good. It was a little high on the price point in comparison to other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. The entertainment part was good esp the pool party which happens every wednesday and the pools were also very good esp the kids one which even had slides for kids. There were bigger ones for adults too. One issue was the very short window for lunch and dinner times so one had to rush for meal times. For those who missed, there was an all night limited buffet served at the restaurant but items were limited in that. Overall a good experience.
