i loved how organised everything was and the amount of stuff available! the man at the reception was very kind and polite, thank you!

there's no heater in the room and one of the windows was impossible to shut :/

1- Most important aspect was the location. Although it was not in the center but the oval station was at a walking distance, in addition to several bus stations all around, which makes it a lot easy to navigate and go wherever you needed. 2- The staff was amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful and respectful. 3- Breakfast (paid) was basic for what one could need to start their day. Of course it will not be fancy because this is what you are paying for. 4- The room was not that spacious but it fit us two and was enough. it even had a desk, a kettle with coffee and tea, a tv, a safe, a closet to hang your clothes, a hairdryer and shower gel in the bathroom. 5- Room service was free and daily which is very convenient. Towels are changed every time 6- Heating system was turned on automatically by the hotel so the room was always warm 7- The water pressure in the shower was great

Nothing really except for some broken window handles. we really enjoyed our stay and i would come back again the next time i visit London

The location was so convenient to the Oval Tube station. Two local bars almost directly across the street, where we spent time after our days of sightseeing, and a fabulous breakfast shop around the corner (Liloo Bakery). Our family felt very safe in this area. The price point was perfect for the amount of time we spent in the room. We needed a place to sleep, shower, and keep our baggage. This hotel checked all these boxes.

The room was a little tight for 3 people, but that seems to be the same as most rooms in London. And the door jam/lock was a bit wonky. Just double-check check the door is firmly shut and locked before you take off for the day.

This was my 2nd stay in the hotel. By London standards it's good value for the money. I really don't have anything to complain about, except from the noise from the street, but it's London, be prepared with an ear plug. Our room was spacious enough, the bathroom was in good condition, there was always hot water, and the beds were comfy for us. Location is excellent, with tube connection and plenty of buses, plus the coffees in the near offer very good English breakfast. What I really have to emphasize is how outstanding the staff were, especially the young lady who was there at the reception in the mornings! Really kind and helpful, quick and efficient problem solving! We had some complications with our booking but they managed to handle it in favor of us. We were very grateful.

Noise from the street, but it was expected

It's a nice place. Conveniently located near the Oval tube station. It was the cheapest decent hotel close to Central London by a mile at time of booking. Everything was very clean, with decent tea and coffee facilities, comfy bed and a nice shower and ensuite. Lighting very good. Staff were very helpful with our luggage after check-out and generally very pleasant and helpful.

Room could often be quite hot, but not to the point where we couldn't sleep at all. TV is very old and options are minimal with only Freeview channels available. Lack of plugs near the bed a bit annoying.

Staff was caring-called to check when didn't arrive on arrival day due to personal delays. Good location close to underground station. Hotel staff was understanding when we complained of noise from broken window in 1st room. They managed to get us a room on the second day which faces the backyard which was quiet. We had two good sleep nights there.

Broken windows in two different rooms we stayed in. In first room facing main road, it was quite noisy with traffic, binmans, late night passersby. Was not noise proof because of broken window.

The hotel is located very close to the Oval tube station. Perfect for a close city experience or of course a match at The Oval.....I was in a single bedroom, which was just right. Although it was a small room, (Americans: rather tiny) everything was very well thought through, clean and internet was good. I believe it was a good choice for someone looking for an inexpensive (London price standards) well-located stay, where you mostly use the room for sleeping and don't expect a place where you can wonder around in the room while contemplating the problems of this world....the bathroom had a good size with a newly renovated shower with very good pressure, very nice indeed. I would recommend this location as well for its proximity to a lively restaurant scene (I had venezuelan around the corner but there would have been etheopian as well as the normal choices, italian and burgers etc)...plus some bars which were nicely occupied and crawling distance to the hotel are two pubs, one which I visited (without the crawling home, just one pint, still a very nice pub). friendly staff as well

Breakfast is on the budget, low quality coffee in the coffee machine, cheap ingredients. I ate once and I preffered to eat at a caffe near by. Is it far to walk to the center, but you have the metro station near by, also many busses. The windows are blocked, you can't ventilate the room and the bath.

It was clean, especialy the bathroom. Very nice stuff, helpfull. The room is not as small as I expected, on the contrary. Considering the price, I would stay here again, evan if is not close to the city center

We booked for 3 people and there was enough space for us. There were 4 beds and we stayed in room 302. The bathroom was nice and the place was really clean. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to leave our stuff at the reception while exploring the rest of London

The big shower head in our room didn't work correctly and didn't have a very strong water pressure. I would open the windows if you had small children with you as there were no stoppers on the windows and you could easily fall through them. The only one with a stopper was the bathroom window. It doesn't have disability access. Yes the place has a lift but it didn't work and there was no disability access to the reception, just stairs.

The place were exemptionally clean. It's very near to bus stations and tube. The bathroom was superb!!! I like the shower head. Water pressure was really nice!! The staffs were commendable. They're respectful and with great service. It was a fast check in and check out.

The room I booked in was way too small. I did expect it to be small but it was way, waaay too small. The only space I have was the hallway. I couldn't left my baggage open while trying to get my things out and arrange them. The room was also warm although I have turned off the heater. I couldn't open the windows as they're locked. Good thing I have my portable fan. Also, there's no cabinets for my clothes or atleast a hook to put my coats on. I could hear the people talk in the lobby and hear them use the bathroom as it was adjacent to my bed. I could hear them flush and it woke me up at one point.
