The location is great, right next to the WB hotel (actually both buildings are connected), the hotel does not have a restaurant, but we paid for breakfast that is served at the WB hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. It was very clean.

The beds (both the double bed and the sofa bed) are not comfortable, I can understand that for a sofa bed, but for the double bed, it seems like the mattress is old. It was very hard... Awful sleeping experience. for the price I paid, I expected something else... The sleeping experience can determine whether you had a good or bad vacation. I honestly think that with the rate they charge for the rooms, they can provide better mattresses to improve the sleeping experience.

This is my third stay and defiantly not the last.. I still stand by my comments for the first stay: The location has to be the number one benefit as it is just a walking distance from Warner Bros. Theme Park, Water World Theme Park and the Warner Bros Curio, by Hilton Hotel. The breakfast is also something to appreciate as you have a lot of options, we tried the room service which was very good, we also tried the restaurant in the hotel ground floor and it was excellent, last we tried our favorite the Sidekicks Restaurant located in the first floor in WB Curio Hotel is an amazing experience specialty for kids. The Gym was remarkable with every equipment you might need. So, much to list, you have to try the place. Again, tell the next time... :)

The hotel pool is was closed for maintenance for well about a year, and now it is open, however, one important comment is that the tiles around the pool are not secured well and has an opening between them which make them a trip hazard for both adults and kids.

Extremely helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Kitchen area, with fridge, cooking facilities and washing machine. We asked for an airing rack to dry laundry which was provided promptly. We had an outside seating area too that was private and spacious, with plenty of seating and a dining area. Plenty of room to accommodate the laundry airer. Plenty of drinking water provided every day. Plant-based bio-degradable “plastic” bottles. Room cleaned daily and staff were respectful of our routines. Lovely breakfast area though we only used this on the last day.

When we booked in December we knew the pool was closed for maintenance for the first couple of days of our 11-day stay, but just before we arrived, we were notified it would be closed through to August, so this pool area was unavailable to us throughout our stay. This was disappointing and meant taking taxis to other pools. Hotel is next door to Warner Brothers so ideal for families wanting to visit there.

Lovely clean property. Rooms excellent in size. Pool area really nice and relaxing. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

The only negative I have would be that as we were staying during the Grand Prix period, it cost us five times the regular price. Just a shame they feel the need to increase the price so much. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though at the regular price.

The hotel pool is under maintenance, but, access is open to use WB Curio Hotel Pool, which is an amazing experience by its self. The Gym was remarkable with every equipment you might need. We booked two connecting rooms, one room's Air Conditioner was not functioning well, it was not cool and had a unpleasant odor, we had to deal with this for 3 nights until it was fixed.

Having use of the pool and pool bar this visit was great. When we visited last year it was being renovated. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great food and a good selection of drinks at the pool bar including cocktails not on the menu! Nice little touch was the chocolate F1 racing car delivered to our room to celebrate the Grand Prix.

Leaving. Signage to the toilets from the pool area could have been better due to the adjoining pool renovation work.

The place was spacious and super clean. Tried the room service and it was delicious. The staff was more than helpful in setting the sofa bed as well as the meaning when needed. Having an access to WB's pool was a great enjoyment as well an experience my kids will remember for years to come. It is spacious, clean, safe, and enjoyable in many ways.

It was a surprise not to include a microwave in the kitchen. We missed fresh popcorn when watching a movie.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel with our family. We booked two two-bedroom suites and one studio, and all accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. A special touch was the warm cookie given to us at check-in, which made us feel welcomed right from the start. The hospitality and overall experience were excellent, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for family stays!

However, one downside was that the pool was under renovation, and this was not mentioned when we made the bookings. We were directed to use the pool at the next hotel, which was okay but not ideal. Despite this, the hospitality and overall experience were excellent.

Food was great and Hight quality and selection . Executive Chef is hands on and present during breakfast to make sure all is excellent . Rooms are very nice and the hotel location is great

Big issue is that the closet light next to the bed stay on the whole night due to closed doors not able to close properly so sleeping was not good, There is a problem with the magnetic system to keep the large doors closed but is not working properly. ( weak magnets and crooked doors ) We advice the reception the day after arrival, we asked to shut of the lights of the closet , engineering came , but nothing was done and there was no follow up . I suggest to log complaint's of guest and follow up !

Location is perfect, extremely close to Warner Brothers (just behind the hotel) and Waterpark (just across the parking).
