Nice room with low noise from other rooms which is v important for me. Great view and balcony. Excellent gym .

Breakfast was chaotic with far too many people, particularly problematic for a buffet. Seemed to be more people than the hotel capacity. Needs major improvement . Staff were hassling me to check out despite having paid to extend my stay which said they were unaware of.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and there was never any queuing even at the busiest times. Our room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. We ate in the Belgian Cafe which was also really nice. We would definitely stay again.

Disappointed the pool was closed which was not advertised when we booked our room. We were able to use the pools at the Crowne Plaza and the Park Inn instead.

I think the location is super good. The music during the day next to the pool was super chill and relaxing. I liked very much the house keeping service especially the gzuy Kranthi who was super helpful and flexible with a cleaning especially in a view of the little baby we have. The whole service was very professional. I really appreciate that they allowed a late check-out too because of the baby, it made our day of travel home a lot easier.

Lifeguards should be more careful not let people enter children’s pool or let them to hang their feet in it, that’s why there’s the other pool, not the childrens’s one. Its also not very hygienic either.. Also there could have been more types of ingredients or types of ready-made mixed salad ( like dinner) at the breakfast that section was boring during the 6 days. And also nothing changed too while we were there.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, during a transit stopover, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided. Traveling with my elderly parents, we arrived at Zayed International Airport early in the morning after a long overnight flight. Although the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM, I had requested an early check-in, understanding it might be difficult to accommodate. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the rarity of early availability, they managed to arrange a room for us almost immediately upon arrival. Their kindness and understanding of our situation, particularly considering my parents’ needs, made all the difference. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our brief stay. The hotel's location on Yas Island added a touch of charm, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to relax before continuing our journey. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. They turned what could have been a stressful transit day into a comfortable and memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, to anyone seeking world-class service and comfort. A big thank you to the team for their thoughtfulness and hospitality!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about my stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island. From the prompt and accommodating service to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, everything exceeded my expectations.

Staff at breakfast area, room size, steam Sauna . The staff at lounge Evangeline was amazingly polite, gives excellent service and very hard working..

Bathroom lock was broken, Staff arranging , guiding travel left side after entering needs improvement.. Missing information about airport shuttle via booking.com , The Yas shuttle doesn't stop at this hotel so you need to walk

The hotel is close to the Yas F1 Circuit (10 min. walk) and much calmer than the on-site hotel. It is also close to the airport (10 min. taxi ride). Breakfast was nice and plentiful, with show-cooking and a view on the pool. The room was spacious with a view on the golf course and the sea beyond.

It is far away from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai city centers (45 min. taxi ride). Airplanes fly just over the hotel, although they didn't disturb me.

The location is excellent especially for the Etihad Arena and F1.

The hotel was being refurbished so there was some noise and no lobby area. I would have liked to have been informed that the hotel was being refurbished. We had no noise in our room which was a great relief. It's just the arrival experience that is a bit confusing due to the refurbishment. We ate at the Mexican restaurant Amerigos which was very average. The food was overpriced for what you got and the margaritas were terrible. The bar tender did not know how to make a margarita and they are AED 70 each !!!

Very big, comfortable bed. ALL the staff were amazing. Rally went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was lovely. A huge selection of food. And freshly cooked eggs what ever way you wanted. Lovely food available at the pool bar also. Great location, could walk to the mall, the F1 track, yas bay, the beach, the small Carrefour. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to the mall and beach. The selection of bars and restaurants in the plaza where the hotel is located. We ate in Filini & Belgian beer cafe and it was very nice.

The only small thing that bothered me was when I first arrived I had to ask for slippers, more toiletries and more water in the room. And I also had to ask for small face towels. Now once I asked for these there was no problem. Also housekeeping would come every day (which was great) and take the dirty towels but sometimes never replenished them. So I had to go ask for more towels in the evening then. But other than that EVERYTHING was great!

Since we were a group of seven, the hotel kindly offered us an upgrade, connecting all three of our rooms. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. The balcony provided a stunning view of the sea, golf course, and the adventure parks on Yas Island. The hotel's location is ideal, with close proximity to Ferrari World and the airport. The Belgian Beer Café on the ground floor is also excellent.

The rooms are not particularly luxurious and don't justify the price being asked.

The bathroom..... Shower is slippery and why can't you build a shower instead of having the shower in a bath. The plugs in the room....not universal. The breakfast area....chaos is an understatement. Not able to order room service for breakfast which was paid upfront. The crowded reception area and breakfast area.
