Great place, everything was good. Also if you need to stay for a while, they have a rooftop restaurant with live dj open till 3:00 and another pool bar. Which is nice to have especially if you don’t want to go out.

The noice isolation doesn’t exist. Sounds like you are living with other people in your room. But heads up it’s mostly when staff is cleaning or something like baby crying otherwise it’s nice and quiet.

We like the modern vibe of the room, neat and clean. The staff were great and generous with our request for the basic needs. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very accessible and there are several restaurants, groceries and resto-bars nearby.

The sound from the resto bar on the 16th floor can be heard in the 14th floor where we stayed and a little vibration to the bathroom door caused by the sound from the bar. Though not that loud but the base sound can be heard.

Great location: within walking distance to the Corniche and the multiple adjacent parks. If you use public transport, downtown sights are easily reachable by bus, plus line A2 from the airport stops steps away from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the room was clean and well-equipped, there's a rooftop pool with superb city views, good breakfast is offered and everyone we interacted with was really friendly.

No big deal but there's a club on the highest floor with parties late into the night: though faintly, one night we could still hear/feel thumping three floors down. The breakfast room is quite small, it can quickly get crowded and cramped.

Reception lady with amazing name Hope- very nice and sweet! All questions was handled immediately, room service very qualified and polite, cleaning is regular, panoramic windows at the room with sea view was very pleasure, the view from restaurant is nice too and ofcs stuff with the chef Benjamin were very friendly and professionally, nice fresh food every day! I’m glad that I choose that hotel, not far from Corniche and Malls, so all was great!!!! Pool is clean and ofcs friendly stuff at the pool too!

A bit small gym, not enough space for yoga exercises, but all the time empty, so that wasn’t big problem just put the yoga mat at the centre of gym! Not really good that in the building night club or lounge with very lought music till 3-4 AM, so if silence is important for you, u have to remember about that!

I stayed at TRYP hotel three times and I appreciate every one of them. The facilities are good, however, it is the service and staff that truly shine. A simple request such as having an iron and an ironing board ready by the time I arrived at the hotel were not only met but also kept in mind for the next occasion I booked a stay with them. I would also like to mention the last stay with them for which I received a complimentary room upgrade to an executive suite, free of charge. Cudos!

The only complain that I had was already resolved on-site, with my room being close to the nightclub. I requested and they delivered at once a room on the lower floors.

The staff was extremely good and helpful. A girl named Jamaica (if I remember correctly) from the front desk immediately assisted in changing our room when I realized I had booked a room with single beds for my husband and me. She was very accommodating throughout our entire stay. The gentleman who greeted guests at the front door even caught a taxi for us, so we didn’t have to stand outside in the heat. They also allowed us to extend our checkout time twice, which was very convenient. I’m obsessed with the staff – this was the best service I’ve experienced.

Everything, right from checking in untill last day at Abu Dhabi it was amazing. Checking-in was a buttery smooth process. We actually booked rooms with breakfast and the breakfast plater was delicious. The comfort in the room was very good. Staff was gentle and always welcoming and smilling. Location i would rate a 10/10 as its right on the main street and a lot of restaurants and supermarts are nearby. Amazing spot for car / taxi pickups. Overall we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

The size of the room is awesome. However, it got me thinking if they have the same floor sizes to all rooms since we were given a POD room which are normally larger to provide ample space for POD guests to move around with their wheelchairs.

Check-in experience is just like using an ATM. It is quick and no personal touch. Not even an eye contact and a smile from the staff. Is it maybe because our stay is just for 1 night? The 3 receptionists were also busy talking to each other about work while checking us in. Breakfast is just right for the price. There is no floor partition between the shower area and the toilet area so water from the shower floor will go all over the the entire bathroom which is accident-prone, but then again maybe it was made that way for the POD guests. (FYI, we are not POD guests). The safety box is located at the very bottom of the cabinet which is very difficult to reach. I have to slump myself on the floor to be able to access.

It was our second stay at this wonderful hotel in a month. This stay even outdid the previous one. We experienced nothing but the best service... From the moment we checked in at Reception Jamaica and Sreelakshmi had it all under control and manged to check us in quick and easy.... Even though we had arrived slightly earlier than the recommended checkin time. Nothing was impossible for Arslan to get our large number of bags into our room. Mughal always anticipated and reacted expeditiously whenever we needed the vehicle at any time of the day or night. Amjad assisted us in packing the vehicle with our bags before returning home. Fantastic location at a really decent price, central to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who were very kind, attentative and helpful. Staff were very knowledgeable, with great English so easy to communicate. Central location to a number of key historical sites e.g. Presidential Palace, The Grand Mosque, Corniche. I would like to say a special thank you to Arslan, Balwinder and Josephine as well as others in the dining area for going that extra mile and showing what good customer service is
