very spacious room, kind staff at check in and checkout, the room smelled really nice like some perfume

communication between staff is a bit off, i wanted to get water so called room service they told me to call housekeeping and housekeeping sent me back to room service in the bathroom there is no shampoo/shower gel next to the bathtub but there are ones in the shower but because the bottles are secured you can’t easily take them from shower to the bath tub

Hi I would like to open a investigation request on one of your staffs, I called the room service @1:00 night on 3 June 2021 and the lady who was on the phone was very unprofessional in talking I ask for a water she said u have to pay for water !!!! She was very very very bad in talking to me even at last when I said thank you she didn’t answer and she closed the line on my face this is very unprofessional and unethical, I hope u take the action against her coz this is a very bad image for your hotel U free to can call me any time if you need more details /050_6946699 /055_4564884. The staff I approached should have answered me regarding my checkout in a different way rather than saying no right away without checking the details. Approached the counter to confirm my approved late check out, requested days before i arrived in Fujairah. She should have checked all the details first before saying that we don't accommodate late check out. That would have been a good service. Generally I enjoyed it but that instance where am on my last few hours of stay made it uncomfortable. I understand that she might be busy at the time am talking to her or she's tired, she should have asked me to seat and wait. There's a lot of ways to deal with guests. Another thing is the TV. Should have been accessible to casting from phone to television.

We got a free room upgrade and it was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and we liked the layout of the bathroom which was also very big. Good location and good bar/ restaurant facilities on site. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was great. Easy access to malls and local attractions. Good view from the room. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Housekeeping and the hotel staff very full informative, took care to respect the guests privacy and at the same time provide excellent customer service.

Wish the pool was operational.

I come to Fujairah for diving at the weekend, Novotel completely meets my expectations. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and the Bookstore bar is always lovely. The Novotel is 5 minutes drive from all the major landmarks in Fujairah city.

The swimming pool had a no smoking 🚭 sign however a group of people were smoking however the staff (lifeguard) did not bother correcting them. The dinner buffet is expensive Should make it affordable for in house guest

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly

Housekeeping was really average, we were 3 in a room, had to keep asking for towels and toothbrushes for 3 people, when they knew we were 3 people why not provide for 3 people, it was really quite annoying, we had to keep asking all 4 days of our stay, plus they refused to clean our room after we had showers, saying we only clean rooms once a day, very unpleasant.

we had a nice trip, comfortable and spacious rooms, where we really slept good. Especially we liked the big bathroom there. We also enjoyed a varied breakfast and a cozy bar at the hotel)

in the pool, we hoped to spend a nice time there , was so crowded (hope it’s only during holidays), not enough sunbeds, and many children and adults jumping in the pool, and this is not supervised

Great swimming pool and gym. The Revive spa was nice. The Filipina working there as a masseuse knows very well her job! Going to visit her again when my next stay will be happening. The hotel is pleasant.

The breakfast should contain some more variety. But, it's not a deal breaker.
