This hotel has the highest level of value to money you can get. As a first visit you can get the heart of Dubai near Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and the fountains which all of these you can simply walk to. All other attractions is up to 15-25 mins away (for example safari is about 25 mins away). The view to burj khalifa from the rooms balcony and from the pools is one of the best sights you can have in the modern world. The service staff in this hotel is something else, the cleanliness in every corner and the quality along side spectacular design smells luxury and uniqueness everywhere.

Staff at the reception and overall were outstanding . Professional and helpful with requests. The location and link to the Dubai Mall was extremely convenient. The lobby, café and rooms were elegant and refined as you walk in. Rooms were spacious, clean, relaxing with beautiful and well supplied bathrooms.

The breakfast buffet offerings and presentation could be improved. The ambience of the breakfast area was somewhat drab. The pool while beautiful and overlooking the Burj Khalifa area, did not offer a nice experience. It was not clear who was responsible for service in that are as it seems they have a third party company taking care of the pool area and that resulted in an experience not matching the beauty of the area. The gym experience was below expectations as the area designated had several obstructing columns and tight spaces for a workout with a poor view. The wet spa was poorly supplied (towels, toiletries...)

The hotel is clean and smells nice. The View from the balcony of pool and Burj Khalifa. Overall the stay was very wonderful. All the reception staff are respectful, especially Ahmad, Amr and Pamela. Thank you so much.

The location is perfect for us because there is direct access to the Dubai Mall, the service and attitude are excellent, everything is new and of a high standard, the breakfast is excellent, Hannah and all the breakfast and pool staff are very attentive to every request

The water in the pool is very cold, especially in the evening it was difficult to get into the water, it's better to give up and not give a thousand dirham deposit, also because there is no need for the food and drink in the pool, you can't register there, and even when I made a check, the clerk didn't really give me a refund, she took 0.01 from the card again and told me That in three days they will pay me back, not nice. Overall, a very lovely hotel. Great location with just a short walk to the Dubai Mall. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The pool is a good size and was freezing cold, which was great when it's approaching 50 degrees.

My room was on the 10th floor overlooking the main road, which was a bit loud so you wouldn't sit on the balcony. Also, if you want to sit close to the pool, you'll be subjected to loud music all day which isn't exactly relaxing, but you can sit further away which is quieter. Quite punchy on costs... a cappuccino was AED55 for instance.

We like everything at the hotel: accommodations, service, breakfast and such other facilities as swimming pool and lounge. The location of the hotel is extraordinary - right in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (in fact there is a direct passage from the hotel to the Mall). From there one can visit the Dancing Fountains, gigantic aquarium and other sightseeing in and around the Mall. We received exceptionally cordial treatment from the two concierges at the reception - Mukhabbat and Salin. Without their kind help, assistance and advice our trip to Dubai and our stay at Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai would not be as successful and enjoyable as it was. I would strongly recommend my friends and all interested staying at this marvelous and hospitable place.

Interior design is great and the perfume of some areas is delicious. Breakfast is a paradise of taste. Concierge service has been perfect.

It was not clear what is included in the package with the complimentary lounge services. And the fact that the pool area bar is not connected with the bill of the hotel so, you must pay every time you order something. Absolutely inconvenient if you left your money or cards in the room.
