The location is good, very close to the metro station, I like the neighborhood, but it might not be for everyone. It's clean enough and it has many features to make your stay comfortable. It has shower gel, shampoo, lotion, sanitary bag, many other bathroom accessories - no toothbrush though 🙈 The bed is comfy, the breakfast is good.

Well the staff was a bit annoying. Every morning there was a problem with breakfast: - We took a croissant with us which we couldn't finish - "sorry, no takeaway, only tea" - Next morning we took tea - "sorry you can't take the cups out" - Next morning we brought the cups from the room with us - "sorry, you can't take it out, you have to drink here" I'd say, that if the staff had been a bit kinder, the experience would have been much nicer.

My room was very clean & the whole building was very clean. But was disappointed with the breakfast. Bread & croissant was stale. They need more choices . Coffee taste very bad. Staff was wonderful in the restaurant especially the 2 young lady . & the bell boy was also very helpful & polite. ( Abdullah ) receptionist was also very polite & helpful But i was puzzled with my bill . I had book on line & when i got there i was charged more . He try explaining but didn't make any sense. Location was very convenient. Shopping area & lots off restaurants close by. I would stay there again & I recommend anyone to stay there. Thank you to all the staff .

Excellent location and accomodating staff starting from the receptionist ( Elmer and others)and security guards. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a very good room. The restaurant serving morning breakfast has variety of meals to choose and the special hot meal specially prepared by the Indian chef ( I forgot his name) is superb. He knows exactly what I really want for my one week stay. The fast service of the restaurant crews are very good.

The room is not regularly cleaned and once I arrived from my daily itinerary the same mess I left. I need to inform the receptionist about room cleaning. There is also a need for microwave in the room to complement coffee or tea making.

Check in and check out was very smooth. I arrived early and they got me a room earlier than check-in time when it became available. The porters and/or doormen were very helpful as were the reception staff. Breakfast was ok and good variety and value for money. I liked that they alerted you a few minutes to closing so you could get anything extra you needed from the breakfast buffet. Location was excellent, 3 minutes walk to the metro and bus stops. Easy to find with taxi as well. Room was clean, airy and spacious. The Bathroom was comfortable, spacious and with all amenities stated and was cleaned daily

This is not really a deal breaker but TV only had CNN and BBC in English. Though I was out most of the days, it would be good to have some TV entertainment at night. Also, the sockets were not close to the bed so you would have to charge at the desk, away from the bed.

We had an amazing stay in Avenue hotel. The hotel was impeccable, from the warm ambiance to the attentive staff. The WiFi was excellent and the room was big enough. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Although buffet choice is limited in choice but loved the egg station. Overall, great service and positive experience. Also the location is great, the metro and bus station is five minutes walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend Avenue hotel for an unforgettable experience in Dubai.

The entire hotel was very clean. Corridors would smell so nice. Location was ideal. Metro station (Al Rigga), restaurants and shops/super markets at walking distance. Some of the restaurants & super markets were open for 24 hours. Me and my wife would some time go out around 2am to eat. The hotel staff was amazing, especially, Vijay (Gym supervisor), Vijay (House keeping), Ismail (Cook) and Sujith were exceptional. These guys were always there to help. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The experience was truly exceptional in every aspect. A heartfelt thank you extends to Mr. Sherif, the diligent FO Manager, along with the entire front office team, including Katty, Elimar, and the dedicated Egyptian night shift staff. The Housekeeping team, led by Mr. Kumar, exemplified unwavering commitment on the 6th floor, always ready to serve round the clock. The seamlessness of my experience speaks volumes of the team's dedication. Kudos to all for their outstanding efforts.

Perhaps there's an opportunity to improve the selection of TV channels and the functionality of the TV devices for an even more comprehensive experience.

Huge lack of English Huge lack of Arabic Shocked me. Lack of knowledge of the surrounding area As a 4 star hotel no. More like 3 star. They don’t mention it has a club inside the hotel. Also tip seems to be the only way things can be done or acted upon

Location Love to commend the lady outside with the mole on her face, can't remember her name well, works in the night, she's very accommodating and attention to detail. Friendly and exceed customer expectations. Explain offers and options to avail. Enjoyed our little chats. I'm not sure if her name was arminda or carmina😁 Receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help.

Buffet breakfast at the restaurant isn't worth the price. Very limited options. Laundry services are very expensive, it is better to buy new clothes than to use this service.
